Description of Work: I have used Precision to move my pianos a few times over the past few years and cannot say enough good about them. Crag and Gregg are absolutely a delight to work with - they even remembered us from previous moves! They have always been helpful, punctual, professional, and gentle yet quick with the moves. My daughter loves her baby grand, and they have done an incredible job making sure it made it across town with one move, and this last move across a few states! I've used them to move an upright, as well, and have always been impressed with their service. I've also used them to store my piano for a couple months between moves and know they took incredible care with our piano because I couldn't believe how well it played when I got it back! These guys know what they're doing, and they're always on top of the game. Most of all, my daughter trusts them with her precious piano, and that means a lot!

Description of Work: They were able to work with my schedule on the day I requested. The piano was a console, and where they picked up and dropped off were on the ground floor. The crew was courteous, efficient and careful with the piano; I couldn't ask for more.

 + 0 moreIt went perfectly. These are unbelievable movers. This is all they do, is move pianos all day long. This is an orchestration piano. It is basically an upright grand player piano with a couple of feet above it with musical instruments. This one they estimated weighed about 800 pounds. Two really strong guys picked it up and placed it on a dolly. They had all of the equipment and knowledge to move it, they moved it so easily where other movers had said it was impossible for them to move. They are friendly and have incredible can do attitudes! I highly recommend this company.

 + 0 moreI sent inquiries to several companies in regards to moving a family piano we were donating from Kansas City to the VA Home in Warrensburg, Missouri. Pat Busch from Precision Piano Movers promptly returned my call. He was courteous, provided all the information I needed about insurance and made special arrangements to pick up the piano early so my nephew could make it to work on time. He informed me when we spoke that he had a previous appointment to move another piano in a showroom so he would pick up our piano, keep his appointment and get our piano to Warrensburg by noon. He made good on his promise and delivered the piano early - in perfect condition. I will call Pat the next time I have another piano, or anything else, to move. Excellent service!
Description of Work: Pat and team arrived early to pick up the piano so my nephew would be on time to work. He arrived a few minutes early, professionally wrapped the piano so there was no danger of it getting scratched, placed it on the dolly and moved it out of the house. He made sure the piano was secured on the dolly so it would not fall off and be damaged. He made sure it was loaded on to the truck and secured so it would not move around as he drove. Excellent and professional service.

Description of Work: Moved a 9' Concert grand from a town home (main level) to a single family home (main level) for $390. Concert grands are the largest and heaviest and these guys made the move with professionalism and ease.
