Precision Piano Moving

Greg and Craig were very professional. Texted me to let me know they were on the way, they came prepared with all necessary equipment, sized up the job and did an outstanding job executing the work. Very knowledgeable, clearly had a lot of experience, took care to protect the piano and the floor and surroundings. Great choice for piano or other moving.

I called. no one answered. I left a message. no one returned my call, so I moved on.

Although they were a little late, once they arrived they were professional, knew exactly what they were doing to respectfully move a very heavy piano from my mother's house across town to my house. Once they got it moved in they even came back in when I changed my mind about the placement. The whole process was so much easier than trying to it ourselves.

Got it out of the old house and moved in a remarkably quick manner. Very pleased with their service.

I read the reviews for piano moving here on Angi's list and chose to use Greg and Craig to move my piano to the basement that included a 90 degree turn halfway down the steps. Having had this piano for approximately 50 years, it was important to me to ensure the movers knew what they were doing. The reviews indicated moving pianos is their expertise. I was able to text Craig and provide him pictures of the steps for him to determine if he thought the piano would make the turn. We scheduled the move within a couple of weeks since the move was not urgent. Upon arrival, they took measurements before even starting the move and found they would have 1” of clearance after the 90 degree turn because of an ‘overhead’ into the basement. The measurement included the dolly underneath the piano as well as the blanket. All I can say is they made it look easy. Once in the basement, they placed the piano on a wheeled platform and moved it to the location we requested. They arrived when they said they would, they were personable, courteous, and the BEST at what they do!!! Thank you Craig and Greg for your help and expertise! They were there both times when they said they would be. Professional and quick. The piano is perfect after the nove. No sxratches, sid, and they even wiped the smuges.

They were patient and quick. I was moving a piano I purchased through a classified. Precision coordinated with the seller and myself to get the move done quickly. They were patient, careful, and professional. Called on a Monday and it was moved Thursday. Would use them again.

Terrible! We never got to hire them! We used Precision 4 years ago to move our baby grand to our current location and we were really impressed! When we decided to move this time, we thought of them immediately to move the piano again. They were so careful and made the job seem easy-it went great! HOWEVER, this time around, I made several calls the week before our move and the last thing I was told was that they could probably squeeze me in on Wednesday, June 1 (I was told this on the preceding Thursday). I called Friday several times, Saturday, Monday and one last time on Wednesday, left several messages, even drove by the address listed on the company website, but never heard from them again. I then desperately called literally all over the KC area to find a piano mover who was available at the last minute (our move was the next day, Thursday, June 2) and ended up with a HORRIBLE mover who charged us a ridiculous amount because he knew we had our hands tied. This never should have happened. There is NO excuse for not returning even one of the phone calls after I left multiple voicemails. If they were unable to schedule me, then a simple 30 second phone call would have been nice, I would have understood. Perhaps even a suggestion for someone who COULD move our piano if they were unavailable would have been greatly appreciated. This was TERRIBLE customer service and we are really disappointed and mad that we were forced into an expensive and horrible experience after being virtually abandoned.

Greg and Craig seem like great guys. They are so proficient that they didn't bump a thing. Other than the piano being gone I wouldn't even know they had been here. They've been in business for over 20 years and moved an estimated 45,000 pianos. This is all they do so they are really good at it. And their price was the best around. If you have a piano to move this is the company to do it.

Punctual , professional, and just nice guys. They knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. Delivered piano to my daughter and placed where she wanted it. We were all very pleased.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They were very punctual and called ahead of time, and moved the piano very quickly. I would recommend them any time.

They made quick work of it. My wife said they did it in 10 minutes. They knew what they were doing and were polite. Gave us excellent advice on how to keep the piano tuned up. They were fast, quick and friendly. They did a great job and I thought they were reasonably priced.

Perfect! It had been raining quite a bit this day, but they had the piano covered professionally and everything went smoothly. Very nice people!!!

They arrived promptly and were like a well-oiled machine. We were very impressed at their attentiveness and accuracy and care with which they handled the piano. It was worth every penny and we would use them again. We even got some advice on cleaning the dust from the interior of the piano and got the name of a piano tuner (a family member). I would highly recommend them and will use them again when we move to our next house.

They did an excellent job and were very mindful to be careful of the landscaping, walls, etc. They were extremely careful with the piano and handled it with great care. They made it look easy. I am very impressed with them. I would definitely use them again, and would refer them to anyone needing to move a piano.

They were referred by Meyer Music, where I bought the piano over 12 years ago. I asked for a call about 15-30 minutes before they arrived, and they did. When they got here, they were very pleasant and ready to get to work. I watched how they handled the piano and they were really careful the whole time. I'm a classical pianist but haven't played in a while and I love my piano and what it stood for. I was very pleased that it was like watching them move their own piano, even though they told me neither of them played. To be honest, it was like having your own brothers help you move the most expensive piece of furniture you have, and all they want in return was free pizza. They started doing this 18 years ago I think is what they said. I also asked how to clean the muck from a prior home improvement project that dulled the top of the piano and Craig used Windex. Gregg also mentioned a product that you use for your car to polish the piano and where else you can use it. It's so shiny now from the Windex and I can't wait to use that car polish. They also referred a piano tuner, whom I called and used the next day. Thank you Craig and Gregg. If my mom would like to move her piano, I'd recommend these guys!
