What I needed wasn't the normal job. They hand made gates and worked out a solution with me that fit for me. Do not hesitate to hire them. A++

This company may be great at landscaping or fences, but they were totally out of their element on decks/porches. They were very friendly and easy to work with however, to be fair, their workers had misled them on their ability to build decks. Marie had some good ideas but was a little weak in some of the details of **how to** We had to terminate the process and hire someone else to redo the job. However, we parted on friendly terms.

They still did not finish the job. Good work but left it with 3 of the 4x4 post all different sizes.

Terra Firma kept their word! They were on time and communication was either by voice or text. When things did not go as planned, they were right there to do whatever is needed to fix the problem. If you have a tight budget, they did what they could to stay within you budget with excellent results.

I called at least 3 other companies to get quotes. Terra Firma was one of three that called back. After getting numerous quotes, I decided to go with them as the owner, Marie, actually came out. I don't want my job farmed to sub-contractors because once the work is done, you can never reach them if you have problems. I had a question about sealing the wood and Marie personally called me back with the answer. Im really pleased with the work and look of the deck. I was given lots of options and suggestions and feel the deck looks better than I expected. They were very accommodating with the changes I made midway and would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work.

Marie, the owner was able to give me great ideas for the look I wanted and her team was able to execute at a high level. I spoke with several companies but they were the only ones that actually listened to what I wanted and worked within my budget.

Very quick and responsive to the requests I asked for on my landscaping needs. Resolved any issues or questions I had on the work. Overall the quality of work was excellent and I'm very happy with the results. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping work.
