Description of Work: I am sad that my Christmas lights are not installed this year prior to Thanksgiving. I have been a loyal customer of Custom Christmas Lighting for many many years and I do not understand if you are storing MY lights for free why is the price increasing and not decreasing? We have had you guys store our lights and we have also stored our lights at our house until you guys replaced the bulb size last year or the year before. When we requested not to replace the bulbs we have been using for years, Then we were told they really are not our property at all. As much as we have paid year after year at this house and at our other house I am just disappointed and upset that the loyalty is not saving us money at all over the long haul. I am not great at measuring and pricing but the $225 plus that we have paid each year probably has been enough to purchase a set of lights out right for each of our neighbors on our block. My family looks forward to coming to our house and seeing the lights turned on for Thanksgiving dinner. This has become a tradition for the adults and kids in our family we all look forward to it. For years we have been great advertisement for your company in our neighborhood currently and our previous neighborhood because we would have you guys install our lights before Halloween and we would start the timer to turn them on each night starting Thanksgiving night through New Years. I was so disappointed to learn the price increased again this year... for lights we thought we owned years ago. If you are storing my lights, please return our lights, and this year I will have my family hang them on Thanksgiving afternoon instead :(

Description of Work: CCL put up my basic lights on one days notice.

Description of Work: I submitted a review for this company last Friday and today I received a call from the owner. He has agreed to give me the lights as previously discussed, has agreed to hang my lights (and the additions that I have now) next year for the same price. He was very accomidating and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied with his company. Most of my complaint was related to the conflict resolution process (or lack thereof) that was done by his secretary. He seemed unaware of my previous complaints. I have amended my ratings to reflect my current opinion of this company.

Description of Work: I had Christmas Lights put on my house (2 stories with vaulted ceilings). They supply the lights with my choice of colors, and will remove the lights in January to store until next year.
