Everything turned out well. It was easy getting in touch when scheduling, and they called ahead before arriving early which I appreciated. In addition, they did a decent job with the cleaning because the stains in the carpet haven't returned. They also cleaned an extra room without charging for it. The only issue was that they couldn't fully remove one stain in a closet, but they did inform me that this could be the case with such a stain.

They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They did a beautiful job. I was very happy and will be using them again!

They did such a great job on the items i hired them for i added 3 more pieces of furnature and rug.

They were on time and carpet looked nice when they left.

On the positive side: 1. I purchased a discount coupon for "dry" cleaning of a couch, chair and ottoman, and substitutions were allowed. I inquired about additional work to be done (a second ottoman, carpets stair runner and a queen size mattress). The owner of the company was responsive to email and phone calls and I was able to get the appointment scheduled easily. 2. The 2-person cleaning crew (a man and woman) arrived on time and completed the work as expected and the results are satisfactory. Opportunities for improvement: 1. The pricing for the additional pieces was not determined in advance and I was a little surprised by how much extra it was. The information, with a reasonable amount of predictability, can be provided in advance and I think it would be beneficial. 2. There was an additional cost for using a sanitizing agent, which I paid. The representative said the cleaner they used was hypoallergenic (or something akin to that) and was used in instances where customers were sick or allergic to certain types of solvents and therefore what they used didn't have sanitizers in it. The rep also implied that the solvent used was used in nursing homes or care facilities, which is why it was used (though the coupon specifically limited the use to residential purposes). 3. There was an additional charge if I wanted to "scotch guard" the furniture, which I did not pay. Again, none of this was disclosed prior to their arrival. 4. The male crew member smelled of cigarettes. While I have no objection to a person's choice of tobacco usage, it doesn't present well to be walking into someone's house to clean their furniture while reeking of cigarettes.

They did so the next day, and magically got the spots out, and even more magically, the spots have not returned!

They came in and worked efficiently. We had some scheduling conflicts which was partly my error. They were also late to the appointment because they were behind on another job, but they notified me. Overall, I was pleased with the results. They were able to remove some stains and a lot of those have not returned. I felt like the man tried to push additional services but I did not go forward with any more work.

They also charged me extra because of my location which was discussed ahead of time. The job was satisfactory but not worth the price. I would never use them again because of the cost.

My experience with All About Home Services went great. We were very pleased with the way the carpets looked afterwards. They were very friendly and personable. They were also very efficient. While they were here, we asked them if they could clean a few of our upholstered chairs. They were very honest to say that, because they were white chairs and the material they were, that he didn't think that would be a good idea. That makes me trust them more.

They did a great job on the carpets. It was all positive and we would use them again.

My experience with him was great. He accepted the coupon. He showed up promptly and did a good job. I had no complaints.

For basic carpet cleaning the price was not bad, but the needed "add ons" made the price the same as everyone else. So there was not a savings for using them, and the quality of cleaning was average.

Completely satisfied. Reasonably priced and definitely worth the money. Very professional and expert in cleaning with extreme dedication. Will strongly recommend with full confidence.

Overall did very well. One PROBLEM though (resulting in the B for Professionalism) was that they left spots of their cleaner on hardwood floors adjacent to carpet being cleaned and they left a three foot wide wet spot in a hall that dried up leaving a ton of dust that we vacuumed up. Overall though, an A performance.

They cleaned carpet according to the Big Deal I'd purchased. They also treated with freshener and stain resistor. The team was very efficient and friendly. They were timely and quick. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to the next time.

They where late because of weather this I understand. They where very courteous and worked hard. I had a few problems, they could not remove all the spots and had no other solutions to remove the stains. I was told all would dry in 2 hours as I needed to show the house in 4 hours, this is why I choose the type of cleaning, it took 8 hours. They could not remove the stains on the furniture either so I think they need to make it clear that stains do not come out. One area was simply a little dirt. They had to be reminded to do one of the sofas we reminded them when they asked us to pay. I had to ask them to move an oriental rug away from the sofa before cleaning and the wood floor was not cleaned properly afterward. I would recommend they put plastic down when cleaning sofas. It was a snowy day and I had to remind them to wipe their feet when in reality their snow boots should be removed. I guess they did an ok job but would not use this service again.

They cleaned the carpets in four rooms, plus one hall and one set of stairs. The experience didn't start out too well. We had an 11 AM appointment and had not heard anything by around noon. My wife was about to call them when she finally received a call that the technicians had a flat tire and were waiting for service. They finally arrived around 2 PM. The cleaning itself went pretty well and fairly quickly, given the area they had to cover (there were two workers), according to my wife. When I got home later that evening, I walked into the house and was hit by a fairly strong odor. Honestly, I am completely against artificial/chemical air fresheners, and this strong scent was not very pleasing. I suppose I should have asked the question about what they might use as a deodorizer, so I can't really criticize them too much for that. | |Overall, the carpets looked pretty good, considering they are over ten years old, and haven't been cleaned consistently. Also, several stains were still apparent, but again, the carpets are old, as well as some of the stains. I suppose I was expecting a little more, but that again could have been based on my potentially unrealistic expectations. I would probably use/recommend All About Home Services again.

First off scheduling was a disaster. I set aside time and prepped my house for my appointment but no one showed up. I call to find out they accidentally scheduled for the following the next week, no apologies. Then day of the appointment again a no show at my scheduled time. I call and am told that they are running behind on their current job and they would be approximately 30 mins late. So after waiting nearly an hour later they show up and rush through cleaning the carpets while complaining about how they can't wait to go home for the day, and actually had the nerve to ask for a tip at the end!!

They did a great job. I LOVE my "pound puppies"!!! However, they shed like nothing I've ever seen! The guys did a super job and was very pleased with the results. I only wish the deodorizer would have lasted longer.

They did a great job. We had a couple of really bad pet stains that they got out completely. The stairs have never looked better. The carpet on the stairs is 10 years old and it looks nearly brand new now. The showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do.

It went fine. I did not call them right away but they came out as soon as I called them to make an appointment. There was a bit of a delay but that was my fault. I cannot remember if there was a trip charge or something but it seemed like there was but I would have to look at my bills to be sure. The experience was fine and they were fine. They did the work that they promised to do. I do not think that I would use them again in the future because they are too far away.
