I was very happy with Eric's work. He was professional and very efficient. I was very pleased with the work and it was a very pleasant experience to have Eric and staff in my home to provide these services. I would recommend him to friends or family.

The price was fine. I didn't have any issue with the quality.

Everything seemed fine. All looked good, they did have to move a few items and did that. Now what I don't like!! I spoke with Eric (I'll assume when they were done) telling me how it all turned out nice and how the basement floor wouldn't be spot free, which I expected. So I assumed alls well. Then I get home, everything looked pretty good until I went up to one of my bedrooms. I had forgotten to move a step ladder that had a pint of paint sitting on it. They had obviously moved it from the original position but once moved they spilt it! All over the carpet. It got on my sons bed his comforter, 2 of the walls and on the closet door. Hmmmm didn't hear anything about this ever! The attempt to clean it up was pretty crappy leaving red paint on the closet door and on my bathroom vanity. The carpet needless to say is a mess, pretty much a whole pint of red paint. Which yes they attempted to clean up but was still there and wet when I got home. I stepped on it and the bottom of my foot was red. Eric had the nerve to call and leave me a message today for payment. Still not mentioning what they had done! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They didn't do a good job. We weren't very happy with it at all. They didn't detail the way they said they would. The windows were streaky and they didn't clean out the inside of the car like they said they would.

That was terrific. It was great- their service was fabulous! They were great- in fact so great, I want to use it again.

Quick turnaround once I purchased the deal on Angie's List. Was able to schedule them within the week, just in time for Thanksgiving. Arrived on-time. Thorough cleaning and treatment. The heaviest spots in the dining room are not showing over 1 month later. Very happy with the service, including the special pet treatment. Would definitely use All About Home again.

I ended up having to call to cancel the 10/25/13 appointment. I left my cell phone # if they had any questions, but did not receive a call back. We didn't use this because we ended up getting a free deal from another carpet cleaning company.

Went exactly as they said it would. Showed up on time and finished as they said they would. Great work. Would definitely hire them again.

Eric did a great job, our carpeting looks newly installed. Although he was running late, he called and gave us an updated time or the option to reschedule. We opted for the new time. He was very through inspecting the carpeting, vacuuming and cleaning. Due to the delay in his arrival he treated the carpeting at no additional cost. We will be calling Eric back out next year for the annual cleaning.

There were additional costs that I was aware of when I had purchased the deal. There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no problems with the service. They were able to complete the work in less than two hours and everything worked out fine.

It was all right. We had them clean the living room and the dining room.

The work was not performed. After two no shows on their part and unanswered texts the job was never performed. I informed them I was moving out of state and the work needed to be completed by the end if May.

Great, showed up on time, perfomred service, were courteous, and carpets were clean.

The service went great. I am hiring them again for another service. They completed the service in an hour and a half with 2 technicians. They were able to get the stains out and did a great job. The technicians were very professional and I have had no problem contacting this company at all.

Everything went fine and they did an amazing job! They made the furniture sparkle. They were very quick and professional. They explained what they were going to do with everything in the appointment.

These folks are really very nice and professional. But, honestly, we were not overly pleased with the quality of the work.

After they left I noticed a ring was missing. I do not know for sure if one of the employees took it, but we called them and they denied it. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 4 and a half to 5 hours.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was okay; I didn't feel like they got any major spot out but it looks cleaner. They were polite. I would possibly recommend them. There was no extra charge.

All About Home arrived as scheduled. They quickly setup and completed the whole house in about 1 hour. (House was empty so no furniture) We have used their service before with great results and this experience has been no different.
