Description of Work: The guy's did a great job my carpet is super clean and they did about 1300sf of carpet. They moved the furniture so all the carpet looks good, not just where you can see they did my whole house in about an hour. By the time they left, the first area they did was almost dry. Great Job! Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This company was FANTASTIC!! I purchased the Big deal for $75 to clean 3 pieces of furniture, and decided to go ahead and get 9 rooms of carpet cleaned, deodorized and protected, also. My 14 year old carpets look almost new! They removed dirt and stains that other local well known carpet professionals never could. And my carpets smell great! I am extremely satisfied. I would never have anyone else clean my carpets again. They even got many mascara stains out of my teenager's bedroom carpet. They are totally gone! They used a chemical cleaner on both the furniture and the carpets and they were dry within a few hours. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them. It has been two weeks and no dirt or stains have reappeared, as they have in the past with other professional cleaning companies. Great company.

Description of Work: Their advertised price was $149.00. I have a small house and stairs to my basement. According to the owner of the company I had to have it deodorized and scotch guarded and it had to be done at the time it was cleaned. It ended up costing me $350. Why can't they tell you that in their advertising? Those who advertise through Groupon do the same thing. Actually I think $149.00 was a fair price for cleaning, dedorizing and scotchguard I did have them come back in October and clean my living room, hallway and a small dressing room in the bathroom. I told them I only wanted the carpet cleaned. They did this for $99. and again talked me into deodorize and scotchguard for an additional $25.00. I got quite upset with them. Will I have them again? I am not certain.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job...and I would use them again if they don't try to up-sell me again. I don't like to be up-sold and they were a little pushy on that. People have budgets, it is wise to be mindful of that and stop selling when they tell you no. It will lead to referrals and more business in the future.

Description of Work: I used the 99.00 special for sofa/loveseat cleaning. In addition I had my carpet cleaned/sanitized and scotchguard. The carpet cleaning included living room, 3 bedrooms and 13 stairs. This company was great. They were on time, friendly and very helpful. I will use them again in the future.
