All About Home Services did a really good job on the big deal. They did the job in February around the 20th. There were additional charges other than the big deal but that was something that we requested. They didn't tack anything on. They cleaned all of our carpets. The carpets were old and it has been a year or so. I usually have another company but they did a really good job on them, even the stairs. They really did a good job on it. I was surprised. I would rate them 'A's on everything. We would use this provider again in the future. I have already recommended them to a couple of people at my work.

I'm pleased with the quality of work the men did. They were able to get up the stains and the carpet really does look good. They were running late- called at the time they were supposed to be here to report they would be late- showed up an hour later. Did try to up-sell me on stain guard and deodorizer, but were not pushy.

Everything went well. Perfect. Very professional and courteous.

The stairs were done fabulously, but hey used chemicals or unnatural shampoo which is really something that shouldn’t have been done because it spotted the carpet and didn’t get out the stains. I would prefer steam cleaning and no chemicals. We ended up having the carpet removed, but otherwise it wouldn’t have been fine. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. I would not use them again because I don’t like their preference method of cleaning.

I have used this service once before and I wasn't impressed with them the first time I used them. But then I went back to Angies list and they had a very high rating so I decided to try them again thinking maybe I just had bad luck the first time. I will never use this service again. They are very high pressure about up selling. I don't mind up selling, but I should only have to say no once, not several times. The carpet was so poorly cleaned that there were several places that remained completely dry to the touch even right after they left which I can only assume means they skipped those areas. I was so impressed when they said they would clean every carpet in every room, but they missed so many spots that I was very disappointed after they left. And I couldn't even tell that the upholstery had been cleaned.

I paid for two services. Provider asked if I wanted the Scotchgard treatment and I asked how much it was. He gave em a price. When he came for payment it seems it was for only 1 service (based on area) not both. Felt a little misled. Also left an urgent message for provider which he never returned.

Truly professional crew. They were able to remove spots that another cleaner hadn't been able to remove the year before. They were in and out quickly, and did a fantastic job. I purchased a deal, and agreed to an upsell for deodorizer and stain repellant.

It went very well. They actually showed up a little bit early. The crew was very professional and was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet!

The quality of their work was not good and they left a big mess. They left spots all over the wood floors. They were supposed to do the job for $99 but they ended up charging me more. I was very disappointed with them.

They did a great job of cleaning the carpet. I did not expect them to charge me extra for sanitizing. There were a couple of spots on the stairs and I they went back and hand scrubbed them. They were punctual and they were easy to work with.

The guys were on time, very polite and did a good job. I have 2 dogs that shed like the dickens and I can't always keep up with all the vacuuming for the couch. They did a nice job and we were very pleased. I also deodorized. I can't remember... It was a little more than the original $89 but worth it.

It was fine. They did a nice job. They were late but they called to tell me they were running late.

Everything went great! I have no complaints on the service. They moved the furniture around to make sure to get all carpets. They were very quick and did a great job. There were two men doing the work and it took about 3 hours to complete the job.

I bought the Big Deal for my daughter. She has dogs and a toddler. I am told that the gentleman arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. My daughter said that she was very pleased that all stains were removed, and that all smelled fresh and looked great!

They did a great job, helpful and willing to answer any concerns we had. The rugs look excellent and the stains were removed. The rugs were dry within 2 hours. The sofa looks almost brand new. Definitely, will use this company again.

Everything went very well. I had one bedroom that was a complete mess. I really didn't think the carpet could even be cleaned. They were able to get 99% of the stains out of that room.

The problem was about the service, the service was fine. The guy's additudw was negative, whining and complaning about his hours and that sort of thing.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. Nothing in particular stood out and they did their job. My interaction with the service provider was fine. I think I had them add Scotchgard to the carpet to protect it from future stains, but I do not recall how much I paid.

This is for a job that was completed in November. The provider came out as scheduled. I hired them to clean properties at my rental property. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of canine and other obnoxious smells. The provider was extremely professional and the price was very reasonable. I would hire them again.

They did a nice job of cleaning the carpets and stairs. They were efficient and I liked that they left the house smelling fresh rather than a chemical smell. They were late for the appointment because of the previous job.

They did okay. I paid for the big deal, my fiance let them in, and I don't remember anything, which I guess is a good thing. The price was good, because I picked them based on price.

Would hire again, but not fond of smoke smell on clothes

It was not very good. I feel like they got in and got out really quick. Rather than rooms, I had them clean about 21 stairs and 2 landing areas. A week later after everything dried, I noticed that there was not much of a difference. The guy in charge was nice, but the guy who did the work was not the best.

It turned good. The guy was really good. He got the job done in a couple of hours. The scheduling was good and they contacted me through email and I needed to talk to them and clarify the correct address. I asked them to call me and they kept sending emails. Finally someone called me and everything worked out good.

This is the second time we have used them, and we're very happy with them. They have a different method of doing it, but it's definitely fluffed up my old carpet. They did a good job on everything. The method they used doesn't make the carpet very damp, which I like. They came out very quickly and got right to work. 2 guys come and work in tandem. They put some solution on the spots ahead of time and it went very well.
