Description of Work: I had a kitty pee in the dining room. I explained that this was my number one concern with this service before they came out, that they were able to help me get that smell out. I think they may have actually made it worse. It smells like that everywhere now, like it was just spread throughout the house. I also had a small stain in the office that I point out to them. It was still there when they left. I actually got a small towel and got it out myself later. The other concern I had is the heavy equipment that they put down very h****** my marble floors in the entry. At one point I was concerned that they may crack a tile. In all fairness they did not, I would have just liked to have seen them take it easy on my floors.

Description of Work: They were super hard working, clean, fast, and courteous! My carpets that were stained by my petulant, geriatric Pappilon looked and smelled fresh and new after their work was done. You'll want to put plastic under your sofa and table legs though, that would be my only side note. Tip these guys well, they're well worth it!

Description of Work: They cleaned carpets throughout my house. In addition tehy cleaned all the area rugs and added deoderizer and scotch-guard . This cost extra but the charge was very reasonable. They did an outstanding job and the lead guy was very nice & helpful. Overall I couldn;'t have asked for aa better experience and would definitely use them again as well as recommend to others
