Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet, but the upsell for having pets and stain removal, made we feel uncomfortable. It was like if I did not get those items added on, my carpet would not be as clean as they advertise.

Description of Work: Very easy to work with. I had a deal from Angie's List that had expired in April, but they still honored it. Showed up when they said they would. Offered a couple of add on services (which I used) but were not pushy about them if you decided not to add them on. Worked quickly, less than an hour to clean a couple of rooms and stairs. Very courteous and professional. Would use again.

Description of Work: The company was late for the appointment, but it was due to a previous appointment running long and we're not the easiest place to find. The man who came said he was the owner, who came with his son who helped him. He was very friendly, accommodating and thorough and even did extra work due to his tardiness. He was able to perform all the work in a timely manner. His equipment looked a little outdated, but overall he did a good job.

Description of Work: They arrived 10 minutes late and immediately pushed expensive add on services. My big deal was for 1700 square feet, but he said he counts each area separately. I have less than 1700 square feet of carpet, yet I had to pay for additional areas. I would not have bought it if I had know he was going to change the rules. I removed most of my furniture before they arrived, all except one couch and an air hockey table. They failed to clean under either. They didn't reserve enough time to do a thorough job before the next appointment and were rushed at the end. I was disappointed in what I paid for overall and received.

I was taken back by the cleaning method which was all by hand but once he explained the coding on the tag of the couch and what it meant then I understood that it could not be cleaned with a machine which is what I was expecting. I did add on the scotch guarding which when they got on site was quoted higher than when I called on the phone. They honored the price had previously been quoted.
