They showed up as scheduled. Worked very hard and professionally.

Eric and his brother arrived very promptly when scheduled. After discussing the areas I wanted to clean they immediately got to work moving furniture and vacuuming. They cleaned all rooms quickly and thoroughly. They even spent extra time on my problem areas such as the staircase and where my dogs lay. When they were finished they raked the entire carpet. The carpet looked like new when they were done. I had family and friends visit for the holiday that both commented that the carpet looked brand new. I was more than pleased with the work that was done. I will definitely use All About Home Services again!

Guys did a great job and I was extemely impressed with their professionalism and speed. Carpets looked fantastic and were dry in couple of hours. Same for area rugs. Disinfectant they used on one area where I had pet issues did the trick - no more odor. They guys were also really nice and friendly - I had to move my appointment last minute and they worked with me to find a time before my party. I have already recomended them to a few friends.

We had used another well known name in carpet cleaning last year and paid more. We thought our carpeting was just too worn and dirty to look good again. It did not look much better after this other cleaning company finished. I bought Angies 'big deal' for 4 rooms. It was such a good deal, I thought it would be worth a try. We did not expect much for our 10 year old, well used carpeting. The gentleman at Home SVC said they had a cancellation the next morning. I said I could be ready by then. The man then said "You don't have to vacuum. We will take care of everything." And that is just what they did. We really could not believe our eyes when he was so quickly finished and the carpeting looked like new! - even the hallway which had such a worn down look. We could not thank him enough. I makes me so very happy every time I look at it! The gentleman said he had done this for 18 years. We will certainly recommend this company to everyone.

I have white carpet upstairs and light-colored Berber downstairs. The upstairs carpet is six years old, and the Berber downstairs was there when I moved in. All my carpets look like new since the cleaning. These gentlemen removed several stains both upstairs and downstairs. I was especially pleased with the white carpet; I had tried to clean it myself with limited success. The workers were late, but they did call prior to their scheduled time to tell me they would be late and ask if the new time worked for me. I absolutely recommend this company and will use them again.

Everything was great. Eric was courteous on the telephone when I called and gave me the costs (that were spot-on). When Eric and Keith arrived to my home, they got busy right away and were done in about an hour and a half. Everything was explained well and I couldn't believe how great the carpeting looked when they were finished!

One of our bedroom's carpet and hallway carpet was stained badly due to an accident by my elderly mother. I called that morning and the affected carpet areas where cleaned that afternoon. The service was prompt and friendly. The professional treated what could have been an embarrassing situation with empathy and respect. I would use this carpet cleaning service again.

They were thorough and cleaned the carpets so well, that they looked new. This is the third time I am using them. They are 2 brothers and both are very professional and consciences. The only drawback was that, they tried to upsell a carpet protector, which would prevent stains. I was very unhappy with it, as they pushed me hard to invest another $40. I may not use their services in the future.

We have used this company since 2003 and have never been disappointed. They work in a 2 person team. It is usually one of the brothers that own/operate the company and one other employee. They get there on time but if they are delayed they will call. I usually speak with Eric to set the appointment. He finds out how many rooms need to be cleaned and can give you a ballpark estimate over the phone. Once they arrive they will tell you the exact price before they begin. After that they get busy! One person will go through and 'prep' each area while the other follows to do the actual 'cleaning'. They will move your furniture (even some of the kids toys) and put it all back when they're done. Once the actual carpet cleaning was done they went back through each room with a rake type tool and brushed the carpet. It looked brand new when they were done! The cleaning solutions they use are non-toxic and kid/pet friendly. Although we haven't used them in over a year, I have no doubt they still provide great quality service. We've had them clean 3 rentals and all the owners have been very happy with the results and at least 2 of them have used their services again.
