Well first off my wife travels, I was here to see the guys in action. I have a lawn-care serv. so I know for repeat business it has to be done right, you get 1 shot. I'm also a skeptic til I'm proven otherwise! Eric hooks me up with the carpet cleaning, this site hooks me up with upholstery cleaning discount, not for sure about it but buy it anyway..This isn't Noah n Scott's first rodeo, well oiled machine indeed. they get here maybe 5 or so minutes early and let me know at the get go stand back let us work, let us do everything, your welcome to chat with us while we work.. They do one heck of a job cleaning the couch that was off white but with kids turned gray(dirty), and the dining room chairs, wow. They had to use deodorizer and scotch gard on carpet since the darn dog got sick from chocolate or whatever.. It took a lil over 2 hrs with a guarantee on the carpet, they got it all done. I was very impressed but also knew the tester was my wife who was very impressed too. I would definitely use this company again, especially after seeing the couch and chairs, wow is all I can say. The guys know what they are doing, just stand outta their way.

We had purchased an Angies List special for the couch and ottoman. The deal was actually for a sofa, loveseat and chair but we had no problem at all with the furniture substitution. The appt making was very easy. The guys were running behind but they did call shortly before our appt time to let us know that they would be about an hour late. When they arrived they were professional and courteous. We asked them to quote other items on the spot and they had no problems giving us an immediate quote and adding those items to the cleaning list that day.They were here about an hour/hour and a half and did an nice job. The furniture did take longer to dry that they estimated but that wasn't a big deal. They also cleaned up after themselves which was nice.

All About Home Srv Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpets. The serviceman was thorough, friendly and professional. We will definitely hire this company again as our carpets look great. The price was also great. Granted, we did just move in, so the serviceman did not need to move rooms of furniture. I highly recommend this company!

I called All About Home Thursday after renting a Rug Doctor and seeing no difference in my carpet. I was on a tight schedule as I was trying to get the carpets cleaned before the kids got home from vacation later then next day. They worked me into the schedule and I was able to get my carpets cleaned the next morning. The two men who came to do the work arrived exactly on time and were very professional. They walked through what I wanted completed and immediately began work pretreating stains and high traffic areas. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned since I moved in 7 years ago (only using the machines you rent from the grocery store). The carpet looks almost new now. They spent extra time scrubbing areas that needed it and made a second pass where necessary. I never had to go back and ask them to try an area again -- they did this on their own so it would look good. The product they used is also pet friendly so I didn't have to worry about anything regarding my cat who was lurking in the room while they scrubbed the carpet. The carpet is damp to the touch and will be dry before everyone gets home today. Also, the quote I received on the phone wa exactly what I was charged (I added the scotch guard and deodorizing after they got here). I will be happy to hire them again to do my upholstery and additional rooms that were not ready to be cleaned today.

I called on Monday and was given a time on Wednesday. The two servicemen arrived promptly and got right to work. They did an excellent job. When they left both my carpet and upholstery looked like new.

After calling in regards to a coupon on Angies List, we scheduled a time for cleaning our carpets with All About Home Service Carpet Cleaning. The men arrived on time, looked at carpets that needed cleaning, advised on what would be the best way to proceed. The bedroom carpeting had some bad traffic areas and spots - they did a very good job in getting that carpeting to look good and gave some advice on how to maintain the carpeting. They were in and out of here in about 1 1/2 hours - would call them again for carpet cleaning!

I bought this service for my daughter who was getting their house ready to sell. We were uncertain if merely cleaning the carpet would be enough but based on this company's reviews, I decided it was worth a try. My daughter was eager to get this done & although it was stated it might take a while to get an appointment, they were able to accommodate her needs the very next week. When they arrived - promptly on-time, my son-in-law asked how he could help. They replied that they would take care of everything & they did! They pre-treated & hand-scrubbed the carpet. Each room and area was given their full attention. They were professional & conscientious as they went about their work. The results were nothing less than miraculous!!!! When my daughter called me later that day, she was absolutely speechless - she was overjoyed at the outcome. She said the carpets looked as good as the day they had moved in nearly 9 years earlier. That includes 9 years with 2 large dogs, 3 kids & lots of traffic & grime. She asked me to give them 27,000 stars or more if possible.... She just couldn't get over how beautiful her carpets are once again. She sent me pictures & I was able to confirm she isn't over-reacting. The carpets look terrific! Her house is now ready to go on the market - without the extra expense of replacing the carpet. All About Home Srv Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is amazing!!! I highly recommend them for any job - no matter how hopeless you think it might be. They are real miracle-workers in my book.

This was probably the best carpet cleaning experience we can recall. We took advantage of an Angie's List Dig Deal offer, called to schedule the service and had the job done the same week. The men arrived on the promised day and time (actually 15 minutes early) and did an excellent job. The men were very courteous, conscientious and completed the job in jig time. Our carpeting was overdue for cleaning and it is totally rejuvenated. It looks and feels like new. We highly recommend All About Home Service Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

Prior to work being performed they walked they walked the house to a**** and advise on cost of services before the work was performed. They thoroughly explained additional services they offer and the benefits of those services. Carpet was clean, smelled good and looked almost new. Any areas they couldn't clean with their equipment they did by hand. They also did an awesome job on cleaning my favorite, but old, recliner. Now I don't have to throw it out. These gentlemen work very hard and have great attention to detail. Base service purchased via an Angie's List "Big Deal". Fee listed above is for additional areas and services that I requested.

I sent an email question to the company prior to hiring them and got a response within a few hours. Called and the owner answered the phone and was able to make an appointment for just a few days later. We agreed he would arrive at 10:00 and unlike other service folks I've hired, he was there at 9:59. Amazing! Of course with pets, our carpet was a disaster. Within about an hour and a half, they had cleaned the living room, dining room, hallway, stairs and our huge family room. The carpet looked wonderful, these guys were very professional and we are VERY pleased. The best part? My husband didn't complain. That's a high compliment. He has had an issue with every company I've hired and has high expectations for professionalism, service and delivery. For him not to complain, when he was the one there dealing with them and writing the check? Priceless!

This was an Angies List special. They scheduled quickly and for a Saturday which I appreciated. They were running late and I received a phone call advising me of that. When they arrived, they were personable, fast and did a good job. My sofa is a heavy tapestry and took longer to dry than anticipated, however, the chairs dried quickly.

I chose the company because of Angie's List reviews. I'd neither used them or heard of them. I purchased the coupon on Angie's List. The guys arrived promptly, we're extremely thorough, friendly & professional. I have had our carpets cleaned approximately every year and a half. I have six kids so the carpet was stained, dirty & in pretty rough shape. Other companies were unable to remove some of the stains, but these guys got rid of every stain and made our old builder's grade carpet look like the day we bought the house (it was a model house for a Rodrock community). I was frankly amazed at how well it turned out! There were no hidden costs or fees, and they did everything they said they would, no corner-cutting or bait and switch here. This company is simply THE BEST OUT THERE. Don't even think of looking elsewhere!

they were running ahead of schedule and called to see if it was OK to come early. They got in, got started and got the whole house done in less than a hour - they go after it!! I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism.

It went great. I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for Thursday. They showed up on time and completeed the work quick and efficiently. They explained the process in detail down to the smallest level. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking. We tried ChemDry before and got a much better product with All About Home Services' product and service. I will be using them in the future to do some upholstery cleaning.

Great! After I called and scheduled appt. he arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Finished amazingly fast and did a wonderful job. The carpet looks new again.

Frankly, I was very leery about having my furniture cleaned as I had had only "okay" results from other cleaners in the past. But I trusted Angie's List and once again I was extremely pleased. Scott did a great job and I will certainly use All About Home Srv and Upholstery Cleaning again. Scott brushed, pretreated and foam-washed my furniture. The fabric is difficult to clean and is white. Scott was gentle on the fabric but gave the upholstery a thorough cleaning with fantastic results-the couch and chairs look almost new despite 7 years of use by my family and the dog. Scott was efficient, professional and honest-his goal was to do the best job possible and he accomplished that. I let the cushions dry overnight to insure they were completely dry. Eric made a follow up call that evening to insure I was satisfied which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I had tracked in either oil or ink all over the very light carpet. Noting the good reviews on Angie's List, I call Home Services Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning on Wednesday. We booked an appointment on the following Saturday. Eric's helper happened to call in sick the day that we had scheduled so they were running just a little late (about 30 mins.) However, he called and notified me of the delay. I'm thrilled to report that all of the spots of oil or ink, including a particularly bad spot that was ground in, are gone! This was definitely worth the money! I will be using this company again!

Best carpet cleaning in 23 years of owning this home! Because of our schedules, we created extra appointment-setting effort; every contact with the company's owner and employees was excellent. Technicians were thorough, courteous. They worked quickly, but it was because of their experience, not that they were rushing. The process used by this company renews carpet. The result is clean, fresh, and the nap is up even in high traffic areas. Short of replacing the carpet, this is the best possible result! We would recommend ALL ABOUT HOME SERVICE of Blue Springs without reservation.

I was very favorably impressed with the professionalism of both Eric and Scott. They did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and were pleasant to deal with.

I had 2 floral fabrice rocker recliners cleaned which came out much, much brighter. The sofa is about 12 yrs. old, a solid light, cream color which was cleaned and it came out cleaner than it has ever been before. I am very impressed with how clean it ended up being, almost like new, and much cleaner than I have ever had it come out. It has always been professionally cleaned, but they did an outstanding job and they were finished in under an hour. Great job! I will definitely have them clean my upholstery again. Thanks guys.

They were able to get an appointment for me the same week I called. They were punctual and professional. We went through the house and we discussed stains, etc and then they started and did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet including stairs. I also got good information on how to maintain the carpets. I was pleased with the work and the carpet looks great. I highly recommend this company. They are experienced, easy to work with and very good.

They were very courteous, worked very hard and left us with a carpet, cleaned to our complete satisfaction.

I am stunned and delighted with how great our truly horrible carpets look now! The multiple very dark brown unine stains in our dining room are now a very, very light yellow and barely noticeable on a very light beige carpet. They even got carpet stains out from a previous pet that the last carpet cleaner I used several years ago said couldn't be removed. Eric and Scott started by moving every piece of our furniture themselves and thoroughly vacuuming our carpets from baseboard to baseboard in every room. When our china hutch was too difficult to move, they manually cleaned under it. They even moved our heavy upright piano out from away from the wall and replaced it themselves after clearning. After vacumming, using a circular carpet cleaning machine they thoroughly covered every square inch of our carpets in every room and on the three short flights of carpeted stairs as well. To deal with the pet stains, they mixed a special chemical into the carpet cleaning solution that does not penetrate into the carpet pad which competely avoided getting the horrible ammonia smell that often occurs after old pet urine in carpet pads is moistened again (this added pet stain removal and sanitizing chemical was an extra $40 charge beyond the deal but was well worth it!). After the cleaning was done, they took a wide bristle brush and brushed the carpets thoroughly to fluff the pile and ensure the barely-damp carpet was able to dry in just a few hours. Eric then sprayed a special chemical on all our carpets to make future stains much easier to remove with just a little soap dissolved in water (another extra $40 charge on top of the deal price). The carpets dried in just a few hours right on schedule as promised. They assured us it was all right to walk on the carpets before they dried - the pile would not be affected. Before he started, Eric told me that I just might be delighted with what they could accomplish. He was 100% correct. I am completely and thoroughly delighted with All About Home Services, their very professional approach to their work, and their passion for ensuring that customers are delighted when they are done. I highly recommend using All About Home Services - you will NOT be disappointed!
