They worked as a team and was able to clean my whole house in a very timely fashion. Have already recommended them to my neighbors and will definately use them again!!!
Description of Work: My carpets have NEVER been cleaner. I have to admit that I was a sceptic about how clean they said my carpets would be, but they have made believer out of me. My carpet is almost 10 years old and they brought the life back to my carpet.

+ -1 moreThe employees were friendly. One was to be the "spokesman" or "lead" and the other guy the "peon." The lead guy got upset with his peon when I asked the second guy a question about the cleaning procedure. After that I had an uncomfortable feeling about these guys. In addition, I was bothered by the price of the "upsell" which was an additional $100.00 for stain-master protection and another $100.00 for the disinfectant. That's a $200.00 upsell. I felt like I should pay it or I might not get good quality cleaning. In total, $378.00 for service I had planned would cost $178.00.
Description of Work: The company cleaned carpet in piano room, five bedrooms, the hallway and the stairs.

+ -1 moreThey showed up. Then they offered the additional services that raise the price. I've learned that this is the way it works, so I wasn't surprised. We agreed on a fair price. They got to work and worked hard. They were more thorough than the few other carpet cleaners I've had. The supervisor of the pair answered all my questions as he worked. They moved furniture that has never been moved before. Then, they were done. They were very nice.
Description of Work: They cleaned our 20x24 ft. living room, the walkway in a bedroom, and the carpeted basement stairs. The carpet in the two rooms was noticeably dirty. The stairs have a dark, variegated brown and black carpet, so dirt doesn't show no matter how dirty they are. However, they smelled due to dogs. They were cheerful and hardworking, sweating up a storm. When they were done, the soiled carpet was the same color as the carpet that has never been walked on. The carpet was the same color it was when it was new. The stairs didn't look perfect, but after 24 years, they looked and smelled great. And, it was not overly damp as the last carpet cleaner left the carpet. We had a graduation party that weekend. My father-in-law arrived and sat down in the living room the day after the carpet was cleaned observed, "You got new carpet!" I said, "No, this is the same carpet. We had it cleaned yesterday." He disagreed, "No, this is different." So, I did my best to respectfully let him know he was wrong. If the relatives are trying to tell you that you have new carpet when you don't, I'd say the carpet cleaners have done an exellent job!

+ -1 more2 guys showed up and went RIGHT to work... no nonsense, hard working guys. The carpets looked excellent when they were done. They took the time to explain their process... I was half paying attention once I realized they seem to know what they are doing and have some pride and passion for their work. I will higher them again next year (Ill get this done every year).. YOU CANT GO WRONG HIRING THIS COMPANY... nuff said.
Description of Work: got it on Angie's "The Big Deal"... $350 worth of cleaning for $178. I ended up spending an extra $70 or so to scotchguard the carpet. Im big on not upgrading to the add on sales... or getting warrenty's. However, I felt this was a good investement after talking to them.

Description of Work: The serviceman cleaned 3 rooms of carpet, hallway. He was nice enough to move some furniture which I had been unable to, asI'm 68 & not physically able. The only detractor on the entire job would have to be that my carpet is an older Berber and it just doesn't clean up as well as it used to. The technician also sprayed it w/Scotchgard to help keep it clean(an extra charge)--butit doesn't seem to be helping much.

+ -1 moreThe house looks and smells great. They gentlemen were very nice and talked about how great our carpets looked, even before cleaning. I was surprised at the extra cost for deodorizing and scotch guarding. ($40 extra for each area - $250 extra overall) We already had a coupon we purchased off of Angie's List for around $175.
Description of Work: They cleaners came and cleaned two sets of stairs, the great room, the dining room, two bedrooms (one being the master), the master bathroom (which is large) and the upstairs hallway. They vacuumed, cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded all of these rooms.

Description of Work: The guys were great and preofessional. They arrived a litttle early and I appreciate that in a professional. They did a great job. I ask for the cleaning service and purchased the scotch gard protection and fragrance with anti molding elements. They were not pushy just stated the facts about the advantage of the additional services. Absolutely amazing service. I really appreciated the fact that I could walk on the carpet and have access immediatealy without getting the carpet dirty again before it was completely dry.
