Very well Carpet was wet the better part of the day

The technicians were polite, friendly and helpful. I choose to add on the deodorizing and sofa cleaning services. My carpets look very nice and I have already recommended the company to friends. This was a very positive experience.

Crew arrived on time and did a good job cleaning. The entire house (7 rooms, hallway, and stairs) was done in about 2 1/2 hours. The quality was good. Furniture was moved. The only negative was the same issue I had with all carpet cleaners - the unadvertised add-ons. These doubled the Big Deal price.

Over all a positive experience. Arrived on time, knowledgeable.Carpet looks great. We own a dog--so they had their work cut out for them. On the negative, I do feel I was up sold: to have scotch guard and antimicrobial and deodorant used was not included in the $178.00 price.

The deal covered a certain amount of square feet, and our house is larger than that. We ended up paying a little more for the extra work and for them to scotch guard. It went well.

They were pleasant and respectful and they did an excellent job. They have earned my loyalty and I will be using their services every six months from now on.

My carpet is ten years old. When they were finished, it looked brand new. I have never had a carpet cleaning service that is this meticulous. They treated my carpet as if it were in their own home. I will definitely use them again. I plan on referring them to friends and family. Very pleasant to work with from the initial phone call through the "good-bye" after the work was complete. Thanks. You guys are awesome!!!

After doing an initial walk through and pointing out our concern spots, one being a spot of red KoolAid that I said "I understand that you may not be able to remove this spot" was met with a response of "We actually get red Koolaid up quite often, that won't be a problem." They proceeded with the cleaning. When they were finished, the house smelled great, however there was not a single spot or stain removed from the carpet. For what they accomplished, I could have done the same thing with a Rug Ductor rented from Home Depot. Again, I did not expect the carpet to be spotless, however in the end they over-promised and under delivered.

Vey professional. We had some water damage on a couple of cushions from our trying to clean them ourselves. They were very up-front in explaining their cleaning would not remove them, but offered us some things we could try on our own. Overall, we are very satisifed with the work.

well. the only disappointing part was that they hard-sold extra treatments.

My wife had bought this for us per a Big Deal. She happened to be out of town the day they were scheduled so I, the husband, was there with them. They showed up on time and ready to go. The crew consisted of the main guy and his helper. Both were really pleasant and easy to deal with. Our special was for the whole house cleaning of the carpets. The main guy asked me how old our carpets were and explained that our 4 year old carpets might be losing some of their factory stain protection. This made sense since we were seeing them get a little dirtier over the past year. He offered an add for the protection and disinfectant in the cleaning. At first I asked only for our two main rooms but he did offer a reduced price for the whole house that I deemed fair and reasonable. They worked quickly and did a fantastic job. The carpets look like new! In the future when we need another cleaning I will not hesitate to use this company. We are pleased.

We were remodeling a house and the company was very nice about waiting until we were finished before coming out. They kept in touch with us time to time and was very polite and professional. Finally we set the appointment and they were punctual and worked quickly and cleaned our furniture. One thing I did not like was that the ad for their company stated that for $99 they would clean three pieces for a $300 value which would include cleaning for mildew, stains etc... However, when the man arrived he started in about needing extra money for doing the service for mildew etc... Which would have been up to another $l00 I settled with another $40 and after the person left went to the computer to check out the ad. so... I think the work was worth what I paid but because of the extra salesman pitch I would not use the company again. Our couch was fairly new with no rips stains tears or pets. We just needed it to be freshened up. As I said, they were very polite and worked quickly. I cannot remember the exact date of service but around april 2012.

The crew did not come on the day originally scheduled, and I did not receive a call until the following day. The owner was extremely apologetic and explained about a family emergency he had to attend to and said his cell phone wasn't working, so he couldn't access my number to call me the previous day. He worked around my schedule to set a new day, and the crew was very prompt for that appointment. When the crew arrived, one guy toured the house with me to see what all needed to be done while the other guy started vacuuming right away. He explained the additional services that were available which weren't included in the deal price--a coating to help prevent stains and a disinfectant that kills germs, allergens, etc. He wasn't pushy, but they seemed like desirable options. It does, however, seem like the add-on services were more expensive than they should have been because they don't take much time to complete. The cleaning was very good. They got some stains out that I assumed wouldn't budge. And the workers were very professional and efficient. They completed the whole house in about an hour and a half. Overall, I was happy with the results. But next time I might do a little comparison shopping on the prices of the additional services.

Eric and Noah arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled, but, they called 10 minutes before the appt to tell me when they would arrive. The got to work immediately, moving furniture, vacuuming, pre-treating etc. They raised the subject of other services like sanitizing and scotchgarding, but were in no way high pressure. We discussed the benefits of those services and I made the decision to do it, and I am so glad I did. The carpet smells and looks wonderful. Both of the gentlemen were professional and very courteous. Just super service all the way around. I heartily recommend them.

Good Furniture/upholstery is 12 years old and showing wear/dirt. Difficult task to clean...tough job.

Best Ever. Our carpet is 12 years old, and we have had it cleaned 8-10 times. Without a doubt, All About Home Svc. Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning performed the most thorough leaning of any provider we have used previously....simply outstanding results. Price represents approx. 3,000 sq ft plus steps.

I called these gentleman on a Tuesday evening as I needed my carpets cleaned right away so that I could move furniture into my new home over the weekend. They answered their phone after 5 p.m. and were very polite. They came out the very next day and cleaned all the carpets in my house for the $179 deal. I had two stains left by the previous owner's pet that they were able to get them out. I paid an additional $71 to have the carpets deodorized. They smell wonderful and I am thrilled with the job they did. They are very hard workers who are absolute gentlemen. I highly recommend them.

I would not use them again as it seems like I was left with no choice but to pay the additional because why have them even clean it if I'm not going to have it cleaned and stain guarded. I think the company should have informed the buyer of their "special" that the $99 did not include anything other than wetting it down and vacumming it out.

Really like these guys, have used them several times. They notice when things could use attention but don't try to guilt you into using their services. Always super pleasant and helpful folks. Excellent quality of service. Try their $179 deal.

The carpets hadn't been cleaned for MANY years. Purchased an Angies's Deal for $179 and upgraded with dis/deo and protection for $100 more for all areas. They called about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and said they would be about 45 minutes late - ended up being a little over an hour. The carpets look nice considering their age and how long it had been since they were cleaned. There were a couple areas (under the piano bench [did it even get mover?] and under one of the desks that is easy to get under) that I noticed after they left that I'm not sure they cleaned since it wasn't as wet and didn't smell the same as the areas around them. But since I didn't follow them around, I don't know for sure. It did take quite a while for some areas to dry - the ones that were quite dirty and the stairs (took overnight for them to dry completely). I would use this company again if the price is right.

While they arrived an hour late, they did a nice job on my couch. Very professional and speedy. Would use them again. I will note that they did call to tell me they would be late, but they called after the appt was to have begun so I was already at home waiting.

Timely, efficient, professional, as advertised. Can't ask for more.
