They arrived on time, explained the services they would perform and offered additional services for an additional fee. I requested the additional services for deodorizing and scotch guarding and they began the cleaning process. They were done in about 1 hour and the carpets looked great.

These guys were excellent, They showed up on time. One guy immediately did an inspection of all the carpets while the other one started moving furniture in preperation for the work to be done. They did not try to sell me any additional services, they did offer a couple of additional service but there was no pressure to purchase anything addidtional. They were in and out quickly and the carpets looked great. I even recommended them to my son and he used them as well. I will definitely use them again.

Had to reschedule original date due to delay at an earlier job. Arrived promptly on rescheduled date. Worked very hard and completed the job in about 2 hours. Moved many smaller pieces of furniture, not larger pieces like sofas and beds. Cleaning method seemed very effective without leaving carpets damp for more than an hour or two. Excellent results. Will use them again.

The process this company used is a chemical applied with a circular "scrubbing" process. They use rotary brushes. The process promises to dry faster than steam or hot water extraction, and it did. In my opinion, this convenience was offset by the resulting damage to the twist of the carpet that left it with a fuzzy feel that might appear to be softer to the touch, but left it with a worn appearance. I believe it will ultimately leave it flatter when natural traffic and resoiling occur over a period of time. I have since looked online at manufacturer's guidelines for cleaning carpet and most recommend extraction. Wish I had followed their recommendation. Again, good company from customer relations perspective but that was completely offset by the process they use. I called the company to express my displeasure. They offered to come out and inspect the damage to see if they could correct it but I would rather not have these folks do any more than they have. I told them I would be posting this review on Angies List.

The technicians worked hard because there was a lot of pet hair to vacuum before the cleaning solution could be applied. I appreciated the effort, but the actual cleaning solution didn't go very deep, so I don't feel like the furniture and carpets got all that clean. I didn't spend much for the Big Deal, so I am not unhappy with the job. They did a nice job on the surface cleaning, but I was hoping for a deeper cleaning (especially since I had paid extra for the disinfectant/deodorizer).

The guys arrived a little later than the appointment time, however they did call and tell me they would be a little late. Great customer service. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours, I have a three floor home with stairs. They even cleaned two of my area rugs. I paid extra to have my carpets disinfected, deodorized and scotch guarded. Will definitely call them back.

It went amazing again. Yes, I'm a repeat customer and I will keep using this company. These guys are professional always and the carpets were cleaned so well, that it looked like I had new carpets installed. The furniture that I had cleaned was a micro suede and it looked like they were just delivered from the store.

Noah and his helper arrived on time and were very friendly and pleasant. They thoroughly vacuumed all of the furniture (no small task as we have small kids who drop pencils, hair bands, change and crumbs into the furniture regularly) and spot treated and removed all stains, with the exception of a very thick sharpie-type marker stain. They worked very promptly and we are very satisfied with the results. The children's chair, in particular, looks just like new despite 5 years of wear and tear.

These guys were great. On time, very efficient, and the outcome was amazing. I had planned to have them do two couches according to a coupon and they talked me into a protective finish on both as well cleaning an floor rug. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, particularly on the two couches. They really looked brand new again. I was also provided with some contact information for an upholstery specialist to come out to the house to mend a cushion on my couch (which I've yet to take care of).

Overall, it went great. They were also extremely careful not to bump or knock into furniture or walls as they were cleaning with the big machine. I went ahead and also paid for having it deodorized and scotch guarded. It didn't take long for the carpet to dry. They were extremely thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

we called even after it had been taken down off the big deal, but they were more than hapey to honor it. We set a date they confirmed right away and again 24 hrs before. showed up on time and did a great job

After purchasing this Big Deal, the company never contacted me. Not that they were "supposed" to, but that's always been my experience in the past with Big Deal promotions. contacted the company about 3 weeks later to schedule service. I was expecting them to have some kind of machine or wet/dry vac or something. But all they had were 2 people with a bucket of water, soap, and sponges. I could have done that! The 2 people were only here for about 20 minutes. Hardly seems worth $200. They also tried to up-sell me on an upholstery proctor to prevent it from getting dirty again. Seemed gimmicky. Admittedly, I don't know a lot about the upholstery cleaning industry, but if buckets, water and sponges are all it consists of, seems like a scam. And, if upholstery cleaning companies are supposed to have a wet/dry vac, and this company didn't, then this company seems like a scam. Well, I guess you always have to be an informed consumer before you buy. There's always snake oil salesman out there.
