Great clean, fast, efficient, very professional

The service was great! We had to reschedule the first time because of weather, but they showed up on the newly scheduled time and did an amazing job. I am very happy with my service.

I sent an email requesting service ( I had them do a cleaning last year also) preferably for later in the week. I stated that I knew it was short notice, but asking if they could fit me in if the had a cancellation. Eric called that evening and was able to come the next day. We have two cats and anyone who has cats knows how they can make messes and leave odors. They removed ALL stains and left the place smelling heavenly. Stains that had been in gotten into our carpet after their last cleaning, which I did not think could be removed, were. I was very impressed and will definitely call on them in the future!

We purchased the coupon for the cleaning of 3 pieces of furniture at $85. We only had 2 to clean so they graciously agreed to treat a stain on our bedroom carpet. We paid an additional $40 for scotchguard treatment since it was not included in the coupon amount. Well worth the extra payment. It was a little rocky getting the job done because we had to cancel and reschedule due to the snow storms. In spite of this minor setback the job was done and done exceptionally well. Three men showed up to do the cleaning and they were so thorough and so fast. The whole job was done in about 30 minutes. The gentlemen were so pleasant and friendly even with our little dog yapping at them. We were very, very pleased and will definitely have them back again.

The owner called me back the same day and I was able to get the day that I wanted for the cleaning. They arrived right on time and took about 1 1/2 hours to clean 2 levels of my home. They asked about the extra services (deodorizing and protect options). I was hesitant and he offered to do both for the price of one ($100 value). I will definitely use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

I was very pleased with the results. Our carpet is 13 years old and we had planned to replace it all soon. They cleaned the whole house, and it looks so good, I believe we can get a few more years use out of it.

The telephone contact to set up the date was professional and polite. The 2 gentlemen came on time, and were very courteous. One of them walked around the home with me to see any trouble spots. The other began vacuuming. It was a very thorough job, and all was cleaned well. One fellow told me about scotchguard treatment that was optional, but he did not persist in trying to sell it when I declined. I would use them again for sure. the price was awfully good.

Very well. The two gentlemen arrived early (called ahead to see if it was OK.) I was pleased that they moved most of the furniture and vacuumed and cleaned the carpets under those areas as well as the traffic areas. Pleasant smell of the product used. Paid an additional $60 over the $149 coupon for Scotchguarding only on high traffic areas.

Over all the guys that came to the home were very professional and had experience with what they were doing and went right ahead and got it done.

Eric called when he knew he was going to be late, he called again to confirm when he was 10 minutes out. he & helper worked very quickly 6 rooms stairs hall & landing. They vacuumed cleaned, added antiobiotic/antimicrobial & "scotchgard', pre-treat, moved furniture , back over some spots that needed i, swept up.t My oldest carpet still shows some coffee stains but overall they did a great job. professional, courteous, thorough

They arrived on time and were very professional. Our steps were stained in several spots, and spots were removed completely. The carpet looks great!

The guys were on time, professional, and one set right to work while the other went over additional details with us. Our carpet is the same carpet that the prior owners had installed at building and is not a high end carpet. When they were finished, it looked great. I have 4 dogs, and let me tell you - before they cleaned it we thought it was going on the "replace" list. They did a fabulous job. One of our neighbors came by and they wanted to know who we had clean the carpet as they are looking to have theirs cleaned. I had no problem giving them the information on this company. GREAT JOB! MY CARPET LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

It went well. He made contact soon after the purchase. He was a little late, but called to tell me traffic was bad. He came from over an hour away from our home. He was very professional. He had one person helping him. I was pleased with the work.

They did a good job. They got out some really tough pet stains that I didn’t think would come out. Their work was good, they were professional and honest, and had better results than I expected--and I'm pretty particular, because I'm getting my house ready to sell.

Went beyond whAT i WAS EXPECTING AS TO THE MOVING OF FURNITURE AND THE PADDING OF THE LEGS BEFORE PLACING BACK ON THE CARPET. Gentlemen wer friendly and courteous.

The telephone contact was excellent. The service people were friendly and efficient. However, the original price was nothing like what I paid. It seemed like the original service offered was for very little, and if I wanted a good job I needed to buy more. They applied some (expensive) odor retardant and stain resister which ultimately did nothing we could notice to prevent pet stains or odors. I would rather have a more expensive but more honest estimate, and I regret paying the money for the upgrade. Then I would know up front what I was buying.

Carpets came out looking nice and clean, but there was significant wear in certain spots. Our basement carpet is a berber and there is considerable fuzzing left on some areas. Even the regular style carpeting upstairs shows what I would call rubbing wear. The carpets previous to this cleaning showed little wear even after several previous cleanings which had been done using truck mounted equipment. I believe this occurred due to the type of equipment used, the rotary brush machine. I would not have hired this company if I had known that they were going to use this type of equipment

It was a blizzard day and they called they might be a few minutes behind but came right when they predicted. They did a great job and the carpets literally looked brand new with areas of wear looking clean and fresh.

The crew worked quickly: they moved anything that was in the way of their process, and they promptly moved it back when they were done. Be sure to allocate the whole day for the cleaning - even though the crew is only there for a couple of hours, the drying time is most critical and takes another four hours to dry.

They arrived on time, explained the services they would perform and offered additional services for an additional fee. I requested the additional services for deodorizing and scotch guarding and they began the cleaning process. They were done in about 1 hour and the carpets looked great.
