It was okay. I wasn't fantastic. We ended up spending more than what the deal was for.

They were wonderful. They are efficient, careful, and friendly. They did a really good job! Eric's prices were better than anyone else I used.

He did a really good job for us. I really like that it does not take very long for it to dry. It seemed like it was dry within a couple of hours.

We bought an Angie's List coupon to have them clean a couch and a love seat. This coupon did not include sanitizing or scotch guarding. I did pay extra for the sanitizing ($20 for each piece.) The scotch guarding would have been $50 extra if we decided to do that. The men were very nice to me and my dog and they were very punctual. Our couches look great. The only things I didn't like is the extras they recommend and I also felt the sanitizer they used left a strong lemon (Lysol) smell that stayed for several days.

They arrived on time, went to work promptly, moving furniture and cleaning. They worked quickly and efficiently and when they finished made certain that they had replaced the furniture where I wanted it.

Definitely will use their services again. They were easy to schedule with and did a thorough job of cleaning our carpeting.

Purchased the special. Company contacted me the next day to schedule work. They scheduled an appointment and they were able to move up the schedule to a Friday afternoon. Arrived and prepared work areas and protected wood flooring from equipment with tarps. Spot treated as needed, moved items as needed, began work with vacuuming, then cleaned and treated carpet.

They came on time, the charges were what they had estimated and the work was satisfactory. The cleaning lasted the time I expected it would. I was pleased with their work.

arrived on time. Cleaned carpets and brought them back to near as new condition as I have ever seen them. Was in and out in under two hours. They are PROFESSIONALS!

Eric arrived right on time and he and his associate went immediately to work. All of the carpets were vacuumed first. I asked for the special additive to remove smoke and pet odor from my carpets. The work was done quickly and efficiently and my furniture was moved back into place. A month later the carpet smells as fresh as it did the day they were here. Stains that I thought were permanent are now gone. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service as always. Carpet is spotless and looks brand new after becoming filthy from moving out. The fluffing and raking is the real ticket and stays fluffy for so long. Thank you again, guys!!

It went well, except that I bought the whole house carpet cleaning from Angie's list "deals" and from the time they walked in the door they tried selling us add-on, and as you can see, we fell for it, the deal started out at $149 and ended up being $200 more. Then when they were done they tried getting me to use them to clean my duplex carpets because "he'd never heard od a landlord not wanting carpets professionally cleaned before moving out" They did an ok job but after they finished I was wishing I'd have saved the money and do it myself.

We contacted them and were able to get a date for the carpet cleaning within the next two weeks. They showed up ahead of time (called us to make sure that was okay), and finished the job quickly. They were extremely flexible and were nice to my two boys (Age 1 and 4). We went through every room with them and noted any carpet stains. The cleaning itself went quite quickly. We were very happy with the service provided.

They showed up on time, did what they said they would do, and left everything in good order.

Everything was fine. I was very pleased with the service and the people. They did an absolute wonderful job!

They did a great job. I had them add deodorizer, which I didn't like. When it mixed with the smell of my couch, it was a horrible and it lingered. The cleaning was great. They were gracious about the fact that I had a coupon. They were very eager to do the extra chairs. They took a lot of time hand cleaning and scrubbing. They didn't use a steam machine, which was good. All in all, I was very pleased with them except for the smell of the deodorizer. I was very pleased with the amount of dirt they lifted off the arms of the sofa. It only took them an hour and a half at the most. I was pleased. They worked fast and used elbow grease. It didn't take long to dry. Both of the guys had great attitudes. They cleaned my pillows, too. I consider them for cleaning my carpets.

Arrived ahead of scheduled time. Came in, didn't waste any time. Very fast, efficient. Answered my questions. In and out in an hour - 3 workers. Carpet was dry in 1 1/2 hours. Looks great!

Excellent service and excellent cleaning

The team arrived on time and were on a first name basis straightaway. It was spring break week and I had several college students, still abed. The guys worked in the master bedroom first, while I roused the sleepyheads. All furniture was moved for me and I only had to put up smaller items from the floor. The work was done so quickly, leaving my home fresh and inviting.

They were an hour late which wouldn't have been a problem except I had a phone call scheduled which became noisy very quickly. What impressed me: they didn't adhere strictly to the square footage so cleaned more rooms than I had expected them to - which meant that they moved all of the furniture/clutter out of the 2nd floor since I hadn't already done it. They did a thorough and fast job (though I would have liked for them to get a bit closer to the walls or in the corners better as there was still dog hair along some walls and in the corners) and it dried quickly. What I wasn't impressed with: they talked me into adding deodorizing/sanitizing at an extra cost of $100 (they said that they were cutting me a deal) with the argument that "he wouldn't want to do it without because we have dogs and it would leave a wet dog odor". First off, I would have thought for $179 that this was included - $279 was WAY more than I wanted to pay to have my carpets cleaned. Second, I don't like to have too many chemicals in my house and it smelled like all they did was pour some Lysol into their cleaner to "deodorize and disinfect". Well, that doesn't cost $100. And we basically breathed in Lysol smelling fumes for another week which I am sure was very unhealthy - especially for the kids. That said, I would probably use them again but would NOT add the over-priced chemically deodorizing option.

Absolutely excellent service and professionalism. I will always use them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They called the morning of our appointment and asked if they could come early. It worked for our schedule so we said yes. They arrived when they said they would and began working right away. We had done a lot of the prep work of moving furniture already, but they moved the bigger items, like the beds, dressers, etc. They did not move the big bookcase or our big wooden master bed, but that was ok with us. The carpet looks (and smells) amazing and we are thrilled. When we first moved into this house a year ago, we thought we were going to have to get new carpet... now we're thinking we can get many more years out of this carpet and we'll be calling AAHS again for future cleanings!

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. I did require them to come out and do some additional work. The original work that they did when it was dry, it was apparent that certain parts had cleaned better than others. So they had to come out and do it again. They didn’t charge me. They just told me that it didn’t work the first time and they fixed it. The carpet looked much better after the second time. They were honest and willing to fix the things that didn’t work out as intended, which I was pleased about. They were reasonably priced with the big deal.

They called mr to let me know they were running late which I appreciated. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of their work was very good. They were very professional and courteous and I thought the price was fair. In will use this service again and would recommend them to others
