They were very professional. The main gentleman (Danny) came in and explained things in great detail and his team got to work and got done in the time they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone I know who would need their carpets cleaned.

Called and made an appointment, and Danny called ahead on that day to let us know he was on the way, and showed up at scheduled time. He surveyed the entire area, which was two levels, and proceeded to explain the process for cleaning. Told about the attention he would pay to the areas we showed him, and he then told us about the extra option of sanitizing carpet. I agreed to this since it had been a couple of years since carpets had been cleaned. Dan and his partner then got to work and cleaned whole area in time he had said he would. Carpets looked great ! I would definitely use again and would request Danny as the person to do the job.

Danny and Jerry were very professional and detailed. They were on time and did a fabulous job. They told me how to follow up with my furniture by ensuring it dried correctly and to make sure and let them know if I needed anything after they left. I have used All About Home Services twice and am very pleased. I will continue to use them for all my carpet and furniture needs.

They did a great job, came on time, were efficient and were pleasant. I paid extra to have them do another area of my house. My carpet was not that dirty, just needed more freshening. Hecompleted the job on time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out okay. It seemed like they did a good job and the carpet is cleaner. It didn't really look horrible to start with. I spent more than the deal amount for a deodorizer and a carpet guard. They should have had the extras that I might consider in the advertisement and the cost. I saw that another person only paid $25 for what I paid $125. It did mention what services I would get, but it should have mentioned the others. I don't know what other companies charge for the work. I would consider using them again.

The 2 man team showed up on time, was very pleasant, not pushy. They were quick and efficient yet thorough our carpets looked great.

Purchased a big deal for All About Home Srv Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. They were prompt, very professional. They returned my call when setting the appointment and called before coming to the house. They cleaned all the carpets in the house. Only thing i was upset about was we had some pet stains in one room that they didn't get all up.

They showed up a little late but as soon as they got here they explained the job and got right to work.They were down in about 1 hour.I was very pleased with their service.

I thought it went well, little hiccup on arrival time but I received call telling me they were running late. Carpet looked very good when they were finished. What more could you ask for?

They did a great job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets. They offered carpet deodorizing for $20.00 per area, which I found to be very reasonable. The carpets now look great. I was very pleased with their service! Their crew was also very pleasant. I would definitely call them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

I will definitely use them again! They were running a little late but Eric called to let me know. The team was efficient and they really scrubbed by furniture. I thought my sofa and chair were a lost cause, but they cleaned and freshened both pieces. I am very happy with the finished product; the team was friendly and hard-working.

The two men who did the work were prompt and friendly, and seemed very experienced. I was somewhat disappointed when they talked me into getting the deodorizing and Scotch Guard treatment, though. This increased the "big deal" offer by a lot, and I frankly don't notice much of any benefit. I wish I'd held firm and said "no" to the "extras". There's still a dingy spot on the rug they cleaned. It wasn't very dirty before, and is maybe a little less so now. (It's the part of the rug that gets stepped on the most.) Most likely, it needs a steam treatment, which is not what these folks do. If I need upholstery cleaning in the future, I'd prob. call them, but have only cleaning done. And I don't think I'd hire them for rugs or carpeting, unless they also offer a steam treatment.

They did a good job. They were running a little behind and called to tell me, which I really appreciated. The process was explained to me and they highly recommended that I get the additional steps of deodorizing and stain guard. the 'Big Deal' was $139 for up to 8 rooms of carpet plus stairs. (I did not have the stairs done) With the addition of the deodorizing and stain guard, the price tag jumped to over $450. I was pleased with their work and will probably use them again, but without all the add-ons. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Very prompt and thorough cleaning. Suggested Scotchguard as this was a rental property. I was very happy with the result of the carpet cleaning.

They got rid of animal messes. They were very polite and prompt. There were no problems.

He did a nice and excellent job. I like his enthusiasm and his work ethic. He comes right in and goes at it. He just does it. We moved stuffs that he did not have to. They were a couple of things that he did not move, but they were a couple of which he did which he placed it back. There were things that we asked him to do which he did not. It was a minor thing. There were two night stands in the bedroom that we asked him to move but he did not. He did not realize that until he was gone. Their price was beyond and excellent.

They arrived early, after calling to make sure it was okay. He explained the process and said they would move small items on the carpet. They cleaned the whole house and did not leave a mess. They vacuumed the carpet first and then cleaned it using their chemical process. I also purchases the extra soil guard for my heavy traffic areas. They finished the whole job in about one hour and did not leave a mess.

Everything looked wonderful when they were finished. The stairway was very wet after they cleaned it and it took a day and a half to dry.

The cleaning went great. They were professional and courteous. They went right to work and finished quickly.

My son was really happy with All About Home Service Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I was there a day or two later and the carpets looks great. She couldn't have been more complimentary with both the people and the work they did. They offer a couple of upgrades, which she took advantage of. She had a little more done than what the gift certificate covered and was happy with the price and the results. They used some sort of deodorizing product. She was happy with that. It was easy to make an appointment. They responded pretty quickly after she called them. The work was performed fairly quickly.

Upon arrival, they insisted upon also having the carpet deoderized and scotchgarded for a significant increase in cost. I initially declined, but they were persistent, saying it really was a must when you have your carpet cleaned. They offered to do both for the price of one, so I eventually agreed. However, I was annoyed that this was being sprung on me at the last minute, and that they just expected me to spend several hundred more dollars on the spot. If this is something they feel strongly about having done, they really needed to mention it on the phone when I arranged my services. I understand that it was still my choice, and ultimately I was the one who decided to go ahead with the additional services, but I still felt it was handled unprofessionally. The carpet did look much cleaner after they were done. My complaint , however, would be that there are several decent sized areas of the carpet that now look damaged. The carpet in those areas looks fuzzy and worn. The areas never looked that way before. I am not sure what caused it, but I wouldn't have them come back for that reason alone.

Very Professional. Very fair - I had a large amount of hardwood floors. Compensated by spraying with pet spray. I would definitely have them back to clean my carpets, and I would also refer them to my friends. Thank you!
