They were great and terrific. They sent 2 guys out to do the job. They got the job done in about 2 hours. The scheduling was good.

They were wonderful to work with. I called them out because of an emergency we had with a sick pet. They got everything up and were very nice and friendly. We had other issues the following day and they came out again, that very next day and repeated the services and charged a very minimal fee. (I actually paid more because I did not feel they charged me enough) On the 2nd visit I felt so comfortable with them that I gave them my garage code and left a check inside. They did the work when I was not home. VERY PLEASED WITH THEM!!

It went well. They did a good job. They showed up on time. They didn’t try and change the price, so they honored the price. It was a good experience. My interactions with them were good. I did lots of research before I settled on them I went with them because other reviewers had talked about the fact that they were on time and they weren’t high pressured sales people. They were very consistent with the ratings they had been given and I found them very professional. I would use them again if they had a Big Deal.

They did the best job that I have ever had done. I was dismayed because I had bought the big deal, and when they got here, in order for the to do the pretreatment and everything else, I had to pay an additional $100, so I wasn't happy about that. They did do an excellent job, and they were right on time. I was not happy about the price, but I was happy about the price. I would not ever diminish the job that they did. I would use them again, but I would clarify the price and all the additions.

They used steam to clean the carpet but I didn't mind because my daughter will be replacing the carpet anyway. I would basically prefer chemicals over steam. The young men were very personable, quick, and punctual. Overall, they did a good job.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, and carefully moved furniture before beginning work in each room. Furniture and carpets were pre-treated (by hand) and gone over several times to ensure they were properly cleaned. They double-checked their own work and in several cases went back and re-did a piece of furniture to ensure it was fully clean. The team worked quickly and efficiently, modified their cleaning routine so I could continue to work in my home office, and cleaned up after themselves effectively. Carpets and furniture were dry by the following morning.

I have never had such clean carpets in my life. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs and the carpets are not new ( came with the house) but they looked it. I have used other companies and they carpets looks dirty as soon and they dried or the foam cleaner left them hard and crunchy. You should use these guys... They Rock

My daughter in law recommended them and I was quite pleased. The carpet needed cleaning badly. They were very efficient.

They were on time and did a good job. Also had them deodorize and clean my ottoman. I wish the fresh smell would have lasted longer than a day. Have used them previously and would use them again.

Was disappointed in the cleaning. Was expecting Steam Cleaning and this was not. I had moved most of the furniture and things off of end tables. There were a few small pieces that they moved but did not put back. Also some pieces like a chair, that was not large, or end tables they did not even move. They told me they could not clean the steps because marks were from shoes that they could not get off. I have had my steps cleaned before (steamed clean) and the other company was able to get the marks off. It seemed like they were in a hurry. I would up paying a large amount extra for things like a sofa being cleaned and dirt guard on the carpet. I would not use them again.

It went fine. I did not appreciate the fact that gratuities were requested on behalf of the "helper". The head person told me that's the best they could do and the carpet needed to "rest". So, call them back in 6 months to hit it again. We have big dogs so there is high traffic areas. The previous owner of the home also had a dog, or few dogs, and an inside cat. They did a good job, and it looked nice. Unfortunately, the request for a tip left a bad feeling and I probably won't use them again.

They were awesome! They were on time, they did a good job, they cared about what they were doing and tried to get it cleaned out.

A chair service was in the package but we didn't have one so we asked if they could take care of the futon instead. I told them we'd be happy to pay extra but the gentleman at the company said there's no problem with that. However, the guy who came tried to charge us an extra $50 so I had to discuss with him about the agreement I had with the gentleman at the company. I ended up not paying anything more than the price of the deal. They did an excellent work but they didn't have very good communication.

I tried to schedule them two weeks in advance, but they didn't return my calls, When I got a hold of them they couldn't do it on the day I wanted and I had to do it earlier. I was having popcorn ceilings removed in my upstairs and that meant three bedrooms were packed with furniture and unalbe to even get cleaned.I also had sent my wife and daughter on vacation so I could get the ceilings done and then have all the carpets cleaned. Well they couldn't work with me on that, so they came and it looked really good until the floors dried, I paid an extra 225.00 for deoderizer and scotch guard, which they wanted 280.00 more but I said 225.00 so they said okay. The deal was for 2000 sq ft of carpet cleaned and they did about half of that, do to the fact the other three bedrooms couldn't be done.There were some stains they said they couldn't get up and after they left I used my spot shot and they came right up, I then bent over to smell the carpets and they didn't smell any different so I think the deoderizer i smelled is just the shampoo scent when they were cleaning. They don't extract the water out of the carpet so it seems they just use chemicals to dampen the carpet and work the dirt back into the fibers. I was not happy but untl it dried you wouldn't know, but then it's too late they have your money. I don't want them back and would recommend that everyone use someone else, by the way they have about four companies with different names so be careful. They did the whole house in 1.5 hours, that tells you how quickly they fly in and out. They didn't even vaccum the carpets very good before they started. I had to go along the boarder of every room and get down and wipe the fibers and dirt they didn't get. I can't believe how many good reviews they have, either they sold the company and someone else is doing the work now, because I asked for some business cards and they gave me ABC carpeting, they didn't even have their own cards for who I thought I was having do the work. Maybe they were subcontracted. I see they haven't paid they Angie's Advertising bill, which makes me think something is not right with the company anymore. I was very disappointed after I saw how the carpets looked the second day. I may have to hire another company later on, but for now I will trust my spot shot to do more and my home Bissell carpet shampooer to keep things nice.

They were fine. They did very well. They just came in and did what they were supposed to do. We were very satisfied with their work.

The service went fine. They put some kind of a scent in the solution and my wife liked that. They showed up as promised, they did an excellent job and left the house neat. There wasn't any mess when they left. I would recommend them for someone looking for carpet cleaning. The drying time was very quick, maybe two hours afterwards and it was pretty much dry.
