All About Home Services did a really good job. They're the best service I've used for Angie's List.

Bought a special package online, he up-sold me services when he arrived; however, price seemed fair and job was very well done.

They cleaned the rugs very nicely and offered a disinfectant and scotch guard which I took having kids and a dog. the rugs are 15 years old and they made them look like the original color and fluffy again. Also got out ALL of the kid spills and stains.

They were very thorough, professional, and efficient. Danny carefully explained the entire process before starting. He was very concerned about our safety on the stairs after cleaning in regards to the possibility of slipping. The two man crew was completely finished, from start to finish, in less than the two hours scheduled. One thing that impressed me was that had a cancellation before our appointment and called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled, which was fine with us. Overall, I am very impressed and extremely pleased with their service.

There was a bit of a hiccup with their equipment and they weren't able to make it the day we scheduled, but they came out first thing the next day and completed the job in a professional way.

It turned out really well. They came to the appointment on time. They did it as quickly as possible and gave some pointers on how to take care of the carpet. I would use them again in the future.

We last used their service probably nine months ago and the work turn out okay. I choose this company because they were on Angie’s List and the price they charge was good. The guy came out and did the job but I expected more than within what I got. I don’t know if I misread the ad or I kind of thought it would be detailed like when you would take it into your dealership. It wasn't quite up to that standard. It looks like something I could do right here in my driveway. The guy that came out as really nice and the carpets look great but the detailing part of the interior was good as I would have like it to be.

They did a good job and their price was reasonable. They were polite as well.

They recommended a special treatment for my carpet because I have a dog. It would further deodorize the carpet. They were very prompt. In fact, the day that they were scheduled to come, they came about a little bit early. I wasn't here during the process so I had a friend come and let them in. Everything seems okay. It looked like they did a very good job. They finished a whole lot faster. I thought it would take them quite a bit of time but they were able to get it done relatively quickly. And, they gave my neighbor instructions to pass on to me on how to speed up the drying process and not to put the little furniture back on the carpet real soon until it had a chance to dry and stuff like that.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I spent another $200 aside from the Big Deal. I was a little bit disappointed, I should have asked more questions because it wasn't like a steam cleaning. I'm not really sure what their process was. It was my first time using them. There was nothing that stood out about them. I don't think I would recommend them at this point. I would not use them again.

I purchased an Angies List coupon for $149 (Whole House Carpet Cleaning, Including Stairs). The deal is actually for up to 1,800 square feet plus stairs, which I knew because it was clearly noted in the details of the deal. The deal only includes the basic treatment. I paid extra for the deodorizer, stain guard and some extra rooms. The guys worked hard and did a good job,

Arrived on time, did an excellent job. We had purchased a big deal through Angie's List and then bought additional services. Carpet looks great, got out pet stains. Carpet is holding up well. Great to work with.

Went really well. The results were great. And the cleaner gave us several cleaning and maintenance tips.

Carpet was good as new. We had a friend who inspects homes stay for a few days about 2 weeks after we had the carpets clean. She was asking how we kept the carpet looking so good with 2 kids and 2 large dogs. Very professional. Showed up on time, got the job done quickly and everything was fantastic when they left. I will definitely use them again.

I did pay them extra for the additional stuff that they added. They told me that I had to get like this other deodorizer for the carpet which I didn't want to do. They said I had to purchase it otherwise the carpet would smell bad. The service was for a whole house carpet cleaning but then they told me that that only included in an area then I had nine which it did not said that online. So, I thought that was kind of different. They were gonna try to charge me more but they were like 2 and a half ours late so they lessen what they charged me. They did a good job like the work is good but everything else was bad. The work meant my expectations but they were late and I had to call the owner like three different times to find out where they were because I had to leave. They got here right when I suppose to be leaving. I felt a little bit uncomfortable about leaving people in my house that I don't know but I didn't really have a choice because they just got here. They did good work like my carpets were clean and they smelled fine but I don't think I would probably use that company again because of the less communication and like they were trying to sell me extra things that I didn't think I needed. I was satisfied when they left and they were here a long time and they worked really hard. The guy did apologize for being late.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for All About Home Services. The service was okay. I think I expected it to be even a little bit cleaner in the traffic areas than what the result was. They were professional, polite. They came on time, did a good job and they worked hard. One thing I thought was kind of odd was that the guy mentioned about tipping and that they work for tips a couple of times. I've just never had someone doing that kind of work really ask for tips.

They were prompt. The carpets looked really good when they were done. The stairs were really wet, and they came back to check it. I think it might have just been the angle of the stairs though because they did good work. I've recommended them to other people.

We had to reschedule once due to his schedule and then, on the reschedule; he ran late due to car problems. However, once he did the work he did a very good job and 'threw in' fabric protection due to the inconvenience.

They came shortly after we purchased it. We purchased carpet protection so we paid more than the "Big Deal". It went okay. The carpeting I have in one of the rooms is a frieze carpet and they kind of frizzed some of my frieze so I wasn't necessarily happy about that but the rest of the rooms were fine. I guess the price was fine. They were here when they were supposed to be.

They were running an hour behind and they DID CALL to let me know. Fortunately that day it wasn't a problem for me to wait but do be aware if you use them they may run late. The larger couch didn't clean out as well as I hoped ... but it is a light color and is more used than the loveseat and chair. Of course, options for other services were offered which I wasn't interested in (scotchguard and something else). They did the work in a timeframe I was thought "normal" (1 hour) ... and were very nice.
