Three men came and cleaned our carpets. They were a little late, but they had the courtesy to call and let me know. I imagine they were having lunch and that is appropriate. Everyone should get a break for lunch. They worked quickly and did a good job. The carpets look very nice.

They were 2 1/2 hours late and explained that they were one man short. However, they worked promptly once they got here and were finished in about an hour. The carpets looked a lot better, especially for being 25 years old.

It went very well. They charged me extra only for the stuff that I wanted to have done. They did an excellent job and they were on time so I'd recommend them.

That was for my father-in-law and he was very happy with it. They came out a week or so later. I would use them again if they offer another deal like that.

Scott was about 20 minutes late in coming. The cleaning performed was better than expected. My furniture looks dramatically better and my carpet clean and brought back to life. The technician, Scott, was polite and worked quickly. I was pleased to be able to trade one room of cleaning for 2 area rugs. My B overall rating was because I did not like being pressured for extras, sanitizing and deodorizing. I was only interested in the package deals I had purchased. I was told that I could have everything sanitized and deodorized for $200, a savings of $200 off the normal price. When I explained I was not interested, the price went down to $125. I did not accept that either. I did not think I needed the extra services. When Scott was done he told me he had deodorized my couch or something in the house because he didn't want there to be any dog urine smell, which I was not aware of (and I have a pretty good nose). He told me the cost of that was $40 but that he was going to cover it and took two $20 bills from his wallet and added them to his paperwork to show me that the money was coming out of his pocket.. I got the impression this was a ploy to get me to pay him the money instead. He had already told me he works 7 days a week to make ends meet and I couldn't see him putting $40 toward my cleaning. This made me very uncomfortable. Whereas I said I would use the company again, I would want some assurance that the technician doing the work would not be pressuring me for more services or playing "games".

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did fine. It wasn't earth shattering but they did what they said they were going to do. They came and cleaned our carpets. My wife set it all up and did it all. I didn't hear about it a lot at home so she wasn't upset but I don't think she was overly thrilled. We didn't pay any more than the price of the Big Deal. They did a good job. They were considerably nice and polite, and did what they said they were going to do.

They arrived a little early and were quick, efficient and thorough. I had to call a couple of times before I got a return call but apparently Eric was on vacation when I called. My only complaint is that they tied all of my curtain panels into a big knot to get them off of the carpet, which really wrinkled them. I wish there was a better way to deal with curtains because now they all need ironing. My carpets look cleaner and it was worth the money.

The suggestion of the antifungal substance was a useful idea. The carpet was clean and left looking better than it had; however, they raked out a very large amount of pile and some parts of the carpet, particularly the stairs, were very wet when they left. I had to put fans around to try to dry. The stairs took quite a while. I am not an expert, so I may be wrong about the amount of pile removed in the work, but my husband and I have cleaned carpets with a Hoover and a rake in the past and did not remove the large clumps of pile which occurred here.

I cannot understand why this company has gotten good reviews. This is NOT a professional company. I used this company since it had so many reviews on Angie's List. But i did not care for this service at all. First of all they showed up in an unmarked beat up Blazer vehicle, they used a vacuum that barely worked that was probably 20 years old. All the cleaning equipment was old. The servicemen were nice enough but I not dressed professionally. The carpet had a bad odor the first couple of days from the cheap chemicals used. Two months later the same stains are back worse than ever. This company is for people looking for a cheap service. Not for home owners that care about the long term care of their carpet. I will go back to Oxi Clean or Servicemaster.

I had to reschedule our appointment twice previously and never heard a grumble. On the day of our service, we received a call and were asked if they could move our appointment up an hour and we were happy to do so. The technician was very professional and diligent in his work. The whole experience was very pleasant and our carpets look great!

Everything went perfect. Did what they said they would do, and the carpets always look great after they leave.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. They got right to work and moved all the furniture themselves. They work great (and fast) as a team! There were stains that we thought would never come out, but they got them out with ease. We have 2 cats, and they were able to pull up a lot of fur we didn't even realize was deep in the carpet. Our carpet is almost 12 years old and it looked brand new after! And it was so soft to walk on.... even still after months have gone by, our carpet feels so soft after I run the vacuum. I would recommend this company and we will use them again!!

(they didn't initiate any of the calls) I was told that they would send a technician out as soon as they could. I've been waiting all day (it's now 3:45) and still do not know if or when, somebody is going to show up...as my calls are just going to voice-mail now. While this review might not sound like it, I'm a very nice person. I just can't stand terrible customer service. Keeping somebody waiting ALL day is terrible customer service. If they show up and do a good job, I will write them a good review for it. But, as it stands...I'm not happy!

They were prompt and friendly and worked quickly as a team. They did a great job, only a few spots were left that were rust from an aquarium. My only issue is that I think I prefer the steam extraction method better, otherwise I would hire them again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I think that it turned out okay although there was something that wasn't really advertised as part of the deal where it cost a little bit more to finish the job than what was promised. They came in and provided the services and it was another $50 to have some kind of disinfectant to be put in the cleaning solution. I don't know if it was in the fine print or if I just missed it, I felt like I had to do it and they kind of gave me a hard sell on some other things which I said no to. At the end of the job, they asked me if they could fill up their buckets with water to take to the next job. One of the guys had to use our bathroom. When they asked me I felt like I had to say yes but it was basically a little uncomfortable. I actually asked for a specific date which they accommodated. When I spoke with the person about the appointment, they told me that they would do all that, they did honor the $75 and clean all of that. I guess they did, there were just additional charges that I wasn't expecting at that time. I wouldn't refer them to anybody, I probably won't even use them again unless there was a deal like that.

They did a fine job. But they were 30 minutes late arriving, which worked out fine for me anyway.

It went pretty good. They are very thorough and did a great job. They moved furniture and cleaned areas that I told them didnt need to be cleaned. They got up a lot of spots and so far they havent come back. I used them under the Angies' Coupons deals so a lot of what they did was cheaper than their normal fees. I would make sure that any breakables be moved from furniture even if you dont think they will clean there. They clean everywhere!! They use pet safe chemicals and it is dry to walk on very quickly. They do not steam clean which i liked.

They were awesome. I have a two year old who had spilt everything you could imagine. I have white carpets and they were full of stains red, orange, yellow, green, black, food, crayons, markers, toothpaste....etc. we never thought a professional carpet cleaner could take these stains off. we were really thinking of getting new carpets. I bought the $139 Big deal from Angies list just to give a try. They came on time, very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. they were like new and white...All stains Gone! Now we will not change our carpets for a few years...but will have them over every year to get our carpets clean. will recommend them to anyone!
