Very good job overall. Carpets had a good number of stains from finicky eating cats. Was worrried they wouldn't come out but most everything looked great. Very punctual and polite. Did upsell me on optional items that I hadn't counted on, deordorizer, sanitizer, protection application, etc. But I will most likely be calling them again for additional rooms to be cleaned.

Floor cleaning was average.

As I was scheduling this appointment they told me I would be offered extra services for an additional charge. I appreciated the heads up and told them to make a notation tbat I would not be purchasing those. They were offered but not high pressure and I said no thanks. They were running late but called to tell me. They got in and out in a hurry. I appreciate when people show up and just do as promised.

The two young men worked very hard and did and outstanding job. My carpet hasn't looked this good since it was installed. It is amazing how good the carpets look now. Would DEFINITELY hire them again.

They worked very quickly and were done with the entire house in less than an hour. I had expected it to take longer and was a little surprised that they were able to clean so many areas is so little time. I have to admit I wondered how thoroughly cleaned the carpets actually were. However, everything did look great when they were finished, and it took little time to dry, as promised. They charged extra to "deodorize" the carpets, which did not work as well as we had hoped it would. All in all, we were pleased with their work and the price. We will be using their services again.

Carpets were cleaned in the entire home including the stairs. They explained what they were going to do, and suggested that I might want to purchase scotch guarding and deodorizing which increased the price exponentially. I let them persuade me to do to rooms with scotch guard.

Excellent. The carpets look wonderful. They removed a stain in the living room that the last carpet cleaners did not remove.

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. They walked around my house and showed me some issues and how we can fix them. 3 men came and started working right away while the head man spoke with me. When they left they had my carpets looking better then when I moved in 4 years ago. I have had my carpets cleaned every year but I will only use these guys moving forward. My carpets look .. GREAT. I would tell anyone that wants to have a great job done... call All About Home Service.

Jerry and crew arrived right on time. They cleaned the carpet and the stairs leading up and down. Did a great job, I had carpet cleaned a couple of years ago with a different company and they didn't get up all the dirt. The carpet looks and smells like new! I had what I thought were stains even though Jerry said it was just ground in dirt. It all came up.

Carpets look very good. Very Friendly. Added $160 of services beyond purchased deal. First time I've had a carpet company mention giving 'tip'.

When booking this appointment I explained that the home was vacant and we would have to meet them there. We had an appointment time of 3:30. No one even called to tell us they would be late until after 4 p.m. They were over an hour late. They also said tips would be welcome....extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Of course, they recommended additional work--bringing the estimated amount of $159 to $250. The work done was acceptable.

They were supposed to be at the house at 10:30 and made it at 1:00 after I called them to find out where they were.. They said they were held up at another house and then in traffic. They told me they had my appointment down for 1:00, when I I had them down for 10:30. I had it written down several places and had to leave work to make appointment, so I know it was scheduled for 10:30. Also some excuse about a wreck causing major traffic, making them late. Though, I did not order services thru Angies List, I am a member and had called them to see about there scheduling before I bought the deal, but then just ended up s scheduling when I had them on the phone. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the work done. Carpets were very rough and many stains reappeared. The sofa and love seat were like sitting on burlap. They also talked me into some pet odor spray and protectant for another $160.00 which thought I was present, not sure if they applied those to the carpet and furniture. I was so disappointed, I left an email on there website but was never contacted. It was a great deal of money to spend, and I will have to have it done again. Surprised for the rating they had on Angies List to be so disappointed and felt ripped off......waste of money.....The price on Angies List for them (coupon) was NOT what I paid....not even close....
