This two man team were on time and carried out the work in a very professional way. Their work was well done and they gave me what I expected. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future! Am glad I found them here on Angie's List.

They were prompt and very courteous and at first i was going only going to do 3 areas but after seeing the job they did on those areas i decided to do the whole house. They worked fast and harder than any carpet cleaner we have ever used and the results showed. The only issue i had was the sour smell of the downstairs carpet the next couple of days after they finished. This may have been due to the basement and the amount of cleaner they had to use due to being so dirty. I would recommend them to anyone with hard soiled carpets.

They showed up promptly and cleaned the carpet throughout our house. We purchased one of the Angie's List deals and knew they would be upselling when they arrived. They did, but they were not overly pushy about it, and the costs were reasonable for the protectant they applied. Overall we are pleased with their work and would use them again.

I didn't like carpet protection service, it feels like carpet lost softness. I think it just didn't work with my carpet type. But I'm happy how they did carpet cleaning part. I just didn't need to purchase extra protection service. I used Angie's list coupon plus extra cost for carpet protection. They were very nice and pleasant to work with.

the carpet looked great after cleaning but some stains came back after carpet dried. also, the scotch guard doesn't work.

Couch turned out great. I thought it was a lost cause but they restored it. They did show up late and asked to use water for the cleaning from my tub.

They did a good job. We had to add an additional $150 because we had pet deodorizer done. Overall, it went really well. We thought the cost to have the carpet pet deodorized was a little accepted but unfortunately we had to be out because we were closing so we didn’t really have a choice. They didn’t work with us very well and that kind of frustrated us a little bit. Everything was really well except that they were pretty stingy on their prices.

We were very happy with the job they did for us. Our furniture was very stained and they made it nearly new. They were running late that day and compensated us with free deodorizing and sanitizing. We also paid extra for a protectant from future spots and stains. The smell of the deodorizer was a little strong, but it smelled good. Someone sensitive to odors might be bothered by it and need to skip that step. I also appreciated that they promise satisfaction and encouraged us to call them if there were any remaining stains.

They were very professional and got out all stains. I have used them again for cleaning upholstery.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. We had bought the big deal as a gift for our parents, and they were pleased with it. They were courteous and professional.

My carpets have never looked better. They were on time and efficient. I was a little surprised because when they came then it was going to be like another $100 for this and that, but the carpets look fabulous. I wrote him a check for another $130 which did catch me a little off guard. I was not jumping up and down for joy with that. It looks like a great deal online, but then when they get here and charge you the extra $150 it's like whoops. It was okay because the carpet looks great.

The two-man-crew was excellent. They notified me what time they would be there, let me know when they were on their way, were extremely nice, professional and thorough. I appreciated their quick work without skimping on doing great work and a full cleaning. They were knowledgable about the company's services and products and were able to offer me those that applied best to my needs such as removing pet stains and odors. I will definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning and plan to work with them again in the near future.

We purchased a Angie's List coupon for full-home carpet cleaning- our house included 6 rooms and 1 stairway/hall. We were able to schedule easily at our convenience. However, our first appt was cancelled by the provider only several hours before they were scheduled to arrive but we had no issues with the reschedule. The two men that came were very professional and courteous. They moved the furniture before and after cleaning and did an excellent job at cleaning the many pet spots we had! I say the price was high only because it was additional "upgrade" cost to get deodorizer and disinfectant added to the cleaning soln (important for out pet smells and spots) which added another $160 to the price. But, overall, we were very happy with the job and love our clean and fresh carpets! Thank you!

They provided an excellent service. I had to travel during the only timeframe they were available, so they worked out their schedule to ensure the work was done the day before I was traveling. They were very profesional. Quality of their work was excellent. I have very light carpets and I could not believe could be cleaned as they did it. I would definetely hire them again and recommend them to others.

The two man crew were very professional and explained in every step in detail. They moved the furniture cleaned the area and then put it back. They worked hare and quick and ensured every stain from the dogs, cats, and kids came up. If the stain could not come up they showed me the stain and apologized. Prior to leaving the crew leader gave me some tips on how to prevent stains and how to properly clean up a spill.

Service was very good. They came for service on time and helped us move the sofa and beds to shampoo the carpet. Carpet looked very nice after work was done.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. We were real happy with it. We had waited a little because we didn't want it right away. This was the first time we used them. They were good, they did a fast job, and seemed to know what they were doing. The seats looked good after they left.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They talked to me about other options. They were a little late but it was just a fluke.

They have a machine with rotating brushes and not the vacuum type cleaner. The rotating brushes pulled some of the carpet fibers up. The carpet looks cleaned but there was some damage done and I am unsure how to fix it. Effort and quality was not the issue. It was just the machine and type of carpet that was the problem.

They were able to remove stains and odors from our carpet that we could not.

Scott and Dennis arrived at my home about an hour after the actual time they were due, but the dispatcher was on top of this ahead of time, letting me know that they were delayed. Scott was thorough in his explanation of the service that was to be provided, which was an Angie's List Big Deal for cleaning of 8 carpeted areas for $139. I asked about the disinfection and protection services, and because he had not discussed this with me until I asked and because they were an hour late getting started, he offered to perform these additional services at a discounted price of an additional $125, which I felt was more than reasonable for the amount of cleaning they would be doing. They set to work, and were finished in a little over 2 hours. The carpeting on the stairway was slightly damp, but all of the other areas were dry to the touch by the time they left. The carpeting was really clean, and the whole house even smelled better! Scott was very professional, and very enthusiastic about his work, and it was Dennis's first day on the job. Scott was training Dennis, and took care to explain a number of details to him that displayed Scott's knowledge of the task, as well as his attention to good customer service. I have had my carpeting cleaned by other services, but never this thoroughly. I will use this provider again without hesitation!

Went great and very professional. The issue was dog urine in my son's room. They were not able to resolve the problem. I wish I would have known that up front because I would have saved the money and gone another way to get it resolved.

The provider was helpful on the phone and quick to get us scheduled at the last minute. We just bought the house and wanted carpets cleaned before moving so we had only a short time. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job.

They did a great job. They're both very professional. They were clean, and respectful. They did a good job on cleaning the furniture. We had asked them for a quote on doing a couple of additional pieces while they were here. It was very reasonable, and they were able to do it at the same day. We were very pleased. They're quick to respond when I called. I didn't have anything but a good experience with them. The price was very excellent. I think they're a little below comparable, and I had compared it to other services prior to engaging them.

The work was done very quickly and the carpets looked great afterwards. They vacuumed the carpets prior to cleaning them. Removed some old stains which we are unable to get out ourselves.
