It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I don't think I would have them come back because they were a little scary. They were nice guys but they were a little scary. They asked lots of interesting questions. I didn't feel comfortable with them in the house. There were two of them and they did a great job. I just didn't feel comfortable. There were no additional costs. They did a great job on the cleaning. Their personalities were just a bit odd. The price was great. I am a therapist and some of the questions they asked were a bit odd. They cleaned the couches well. They were professional but they were a bit odd.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They did a terrific job. The guy was very courteous. He listened while my wife explained everything she wanted done. He said he would do the best he could. There were some difficult coffee stains on some of the rugs upstairs and he was able to do something that got it all cleaned up. The upholstery had not been cleaned in years. He went after it and it looks great. It looks new. The price was fair and we didn't have to pay any additional. He called before he got here. He was a very nice guy and he was personable.

I purchased a Big Deal for 2000 sq. ft. of carpet cleaning. This was enough to clean my basement carpet and all of the second floor. After purchasing the service, I was quickly contacted by the company and an appointment was set. The crew showed up on time and began their work. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished in less than 3 hours. The carpets look great and smell great. Because of the process they used, I was able to move the furniture back and use the rooms within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

LOVED THEM. They were very professional, friendly and did an AMAZING job. They moved almost ALL the furniture, that was capable of being moved, including sofa and chairs. After the cleaning, they raked the carpets and I can honestly say they have NEVER LOOKED BETTER. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned!! Bonus: they did an area rug just inside my front door. Now I am holiday ready!!

They arrived when they said they would, I had some extra things I wanted done and they gave me a very clear price on any additional items I requested. Got right to work and completed everything in a timely fashion. They tried to be as un-intrusive as possible. And when they left the price was as agreed on.

Dispatcher called on the day of scheduled appointment informing me that they would have to "reschedule" due to tech calling in sick. I made the appointment a month in advance to fit into my schedule. I moved all of my furniture the night before in anticipation of scheduled cleaning on October 28. Company needs to hire more people to do the work if they are going to offer specials like this. Employees do get sick, that's just a given, but not having enough employees to do the scheduled work - and cover for missing employees - is not acceptable in my book.

I was satisfied with the results of the service. We also had them do additional work in light of the quality of their carpet cleaning.

They called to see if it was all right to come before the appointment time and that was fine. They vacuumed and pretreated all the rooms and stairs; then they scrubbed everything with a heavy commercial scrubber. Finally they vacuumed once again and check to sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was completed to my utmost satisfaction. All rooms were completely clear of everything so there was no removing and replacing of furniture.

It was a great experience. They did an amazing job. Courteous and professional and impressive. I will be using them again. The carpets looked great!

The reason for poor score on Profesionalism is that after they cleaned the Lazy Boy recliners they left a big wet mess on our new hardwood floors. Besides that they were amazing!

The provider failed on several occasions to find appropriate times to do the service. They never returned phone calls.

Scheduling the work went smoothly. We purchased the coupon in April and held it until a convenient time for us in July. Their scheduler had no difficulty locating our records and readily accommodated our schedule. The carpet cleaning staff was particularly courteous and responsive to requests during the process. They did an excellent job and we could not have been more satisfied.

The two men showed up on time and wasted no time in getting furniture moved and perform the cleaning. I did pay extra for additional carpet protection.

I used the special which was $139.00 for a whole house carpet cleaning. The owner showed up and was ready to work. He moved all the small items from tables and counters. Moved smaller furniture out of the way. Vacuumed the carpet and checked the condition of it and where there were stains. He pre treated the stains and then cleaned all the carpet along with moving bigger objects i.e. sofa and chairs. He then 'raked' the area. It looks great. I hadn't ever professionally cleaned the sofa a chairs. He charged $139.00 for cleaning these. I know they must have been very dusty, these items look great now as well. He also sold me on including an 'acrylic coating' to be incorporated into the cleaning process that he said would be a stain protector and help the carpet wear better. That was an extra cost. He also cleaned two small area rugs for free.

Provider said technician got orders mixed up. No satisfactory time to provide services could be agreed upon for the near future so I cancelled service.

Got right to work when they arrived and were very efficient. The bedrooms were used by teenage boys and looked accordingly. When finished, there were no remaining dirty areas and still look great. Will definitely use again.

It went well, we were very happy with the carpets. We think these guys are the best, in every detail other than negotiation on price they were top notch. I feel like if I was going to be up-saled at the end I would have liked to have a printout of the additional work. He offered an additional 2 items deodorizing/disinfectant, and stain resistant product for 4 rooms. We agreed on 40 dollars for the deodorizing and disinfectant, in the end he asked for 80. I was happy with everything else other than the price at the end.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they were fine. They did a nice job. With the coupon, I thought the price was really reasonable and I was pleased. There was nothing negative about my experience with them. I would certainly consider using them again in the future and will also recommend them to the others.

Fabulous! I have used numerous carpet cleaners in the past but this was by far and away the BEST results I have ever had. Won't use anyone but them in the future. Service providers were very friendly and professional.

This is the second time that I hired them come out to clean upholstery and rugs. I'm delighted at the quality of their service. I had melted candle wax on microfiber that had been there for at least 5 years. The chair looks like new now. I'm always impressed by how thorough they clean the furniture. In my experience, AAHS workers are professional, on time, and, importantly, don't over promise their services. The professionals I have had both times have worked in the field for 20 years. They are specialists in this area and this is all they do, and they do it well. I will hire them again and would unconditionally recommend them. It's even better that they are a local company. It's refreshing to hire a service like this and have them exceed my expectations. I just wish they had someone to clean my air ducts and perform other handyman services in my house!

I took advantage of a carpet cleaning special after reading the reviews for All About Home Services. The lady in the office was very prompt in scheduling and polite when she had to call to delay the appointment. I was given the option to reschedule for a different day or just have a later appointment that day. I choose the later appointment and Eric called when he was on his way. Another delay occurred when he had a machine break down and I was again given options. I chose to have him return with another machine that evening. I appreciated having these options and having the work done on my schedule. Eric did an outstanding job on some very soiled carpet, working non stop to finish the job. My off white carpets haven't looked this good in many years. He advised me of additional services that would help my carpet and I took advantage of them. He was concerned for the inconvenience of the delays and gave me a discount on the additional work. I feel the carpets are now much safer for my grandchildren to play on. Their customer service is the best I've had in a long time. Delays happen, but these were handled very well and professionally. Very pleasant to work with. I look forward to having new carpet installed next year and will definitely call them when I need cleaning done again.

I bought an Angie's list deal of $139. The company responded the same day and set up the cleaning date three days later. Noah and Tristin came right on time and worked very h****** cleaning carpet in all three floors (including basement). There are two more rooms than what the deal covered so I paid $50 extra. The work was completed in about 1.5 hours. The carpet looks like new after cleaning. A job beautifully done!

Dispatcher phone to alert me that estimated time of arrival. Crew arrived and got right to cleaning. Scotty suggested additional options which I choose not to do. I was very satisfied and would you them again.
