Cleaned sanitized all carpets. I was happy with the results and the manner in which the two men worked,aswered my questions, etc.

Eric called to give me his exact arrival time. He arrived with an associate at the time he told me they would be here. He explained his complete cleaning process and also explained how I could remove dust more effectively from my couch to maintain it. They proceeded to clean the upholstery. He shared some other services they provide, no pressure to purchase the added service. Both were very professional, My 16 year old couch looks like NEW!! One of the couch seats needs repair and he referred someone who he has used to repair his couch. I appreciate the referral and the advise he gave me about cleaning my couch throw pillows He even cleaned one of my pillows to show me how to do. I am very pleased and will definately refer Erick to my friends.

When I asked that they come back to see if they could more completely remove a couple of "baked in" stains, they were courteous and prompt in doing so. An excellent company!

The end result was great. They called ahead and asked if they could come early; I said they could and they showed up right away. They were great. The work was great too and the carpet looked brand new. I bought their Big Deal for $55; I had to spend an additional $40 and that was for Scotchguard and a deodorizer.

I recently bought a house that had carpets that were stained, soiled and smelled like dog, not too bad but enough that I wanted them cleaned. I read the reviews about AAHS here on Angie's where the reviewer said that the carpets looked brand new after cleaning. I dismissed these claims as exaggerations. Well, I was wrong. Our carpet actually looked brand new when they left. There were no more stains and no more smell. The carpet even looked "perkier". Eric and Mike did an outstanding job and they were very polite and professional. I highly recommend AAHS!

They charged me $150 more than the big deal. The one thing that I did not like about them was that they came two hours early. They called and said, "Can we come in 15 minutes?" And I was like, "I am not ready." They said, "Well, we will help you pick up." And then they got here and they said, "Do you want this service and this service and this and this?" It was much more and it was like here I am trying to pick things up and be ready for them and they are throwing me these options that I was not even aware of. So, I felt kind of flustered. I ended up buying more services and I do not like it when I get things thrown at me all of a sudden like that. The extra charge was for the antibacterial treatment that they did on the carpets. The work that they did was good and they were quick once they got here. They did the work in a timely manner and the work itself was fine. Their price was high and after they notified me, they came when they said that they would. They got in and out of here pretty quickly. They did it all quickly and they were very efficient as far as picking things up. I am not sure if I would use their service again in the future.

It was good. They came out within a few weeks after I purchased the deal. They charged me beyond the big deal amount. They had a deal where you could get disinfectant and carpet protection. He started off wanting $20 a room and I turned it down. So then he cut it down to $10 a room and I agreed to it. All he did was add a little bit of liquid in the treatment. So I ended up paying about $100 more. In retrospect, I wouldn't do it again. He was a little bit late.

It turned out to be very good. They came out and we walked them through the house to see what needed to be done and then they cleaned the carpet and they left. They just did a really good job. The final cost of the service was $300.

They did a decent job and their personality was great. They did not have an attitude and they were respectful in my home. I did not feel like I was getting ripped off nor forced anything on me. There were two people who showed up on time to do the work and it took about an hour and half to complete. They had great customer service and they are family run business.

It was okay. I think I have paid additional 25$ for a piece of furniture for some kind of freshening.

Two men arrived on time to clean the carpets. I asked how long it would take for the carpets to dry after the cleaning and I was told several hours. I questioned the time to dry as the previous carpet cleaning company I used caused the carpets to be wet for 48 hours but I was reassured that their process was different. He was wrong as the carpets took 24 to 48 hours to completely dry depending upon different rooms in the house. Although the carpets looked fairly clean upon completion but not great, they looked worse after the carpet dried and I removed many of the stains that remained with Oxi Clean that I purchased at Target. He also recommended a carpet protectant be applied by them and I paid $100 for that service after talking the price down from $150 or so. I can't say that it was effective as new stains did not come out of the carpet any easier after the protectant was applied. I would not use this company again.

Very professional and did a very good job. Answered all our questions and offered some advise on trouble areas. We will definitely call them again.

Probably the best carpet cleaining service I have employed. I really appreciated the method of cleaning the carpets. It did not involved long hoses between the carpets and an a van in the driveway.

They arrived right on time and did a terrific job. The couch looks like new and we were amazed at how well they fixed the spots in the carpeting.

We were moving out of our house and needed to get the carpets cleaned for the people moving in, so I set up the appointment a few days in advance. When the time came, the technician didn't show up. I called the scheduler and asked where he was. She called back a few minutes later and said he had something come up and was running late. I told her that I had another commitment at a certain time and I needed to get this done by that time. She said she would work something out, and ended up getting another crew to come as soon as they finished with the job they were doing. When they got there, only a few minutes after she estimated they would arrive, they got started, but not until trying to sell me two 'extra services' of deodorization and stain protection. I declined those services, as they would have nearly tripled the cost. They then did the cleaning, which included a brushing to raise the nap of the carpet and comb out remaining dog hair after cleaning it. There were some tufts of hair in a few spots afterward, but there had been a lot before and overall it looked and smelled good when they were done. It only took them about an hour, which surprised me. The supervisor hinted that his assistant would appreciate any tip I could provide. I tipped what seemed reasonable and they thanked me and wished me a good day. Other than the mixup with the first technician never arriving, and the attempt to sell me something much more expensive than I signed up for, I was happy with the service.

It went very well. It was two gentleman, they are very professional and very knowledgeable. They did a really good job of cleaning the carpets and the stairs which we are really happy about. They were on time.

They did a great job. I have a very light colored carpet. They really cleaned it thoroughly. They did an exceptional job on the steps which really needed help. They worked efficiently and very quickly.

Completely powerwashed the deck; put down two coats of stain; painted the footing around deck with two coats; painted double-hung patio door and trim; price included all of the paint/stain. Finished quickly and cleaned up everything very well.

They did a fantastic job. Not only did they clean up all of the sewage but were able to completely dry the carpets too. They also used a deodorizer that masked any remaining smell that would've been left behind. I would definitely use their services time and time again.

Our carpets were never cleaner. We have 4 furry friends and all the 'joys' with keeping the house clean that comes with them. Muddy paws, accidents, hairballs....you name it, we've had it. These guys were fast, professional and the job was done right. Many thanks!!
