After I called their no. which I had gotten from a source Lowe's had, I got a call back and the appointment was scheduled for the next morning. I had a couple more calls from the office to let me know the amounts that would be charged, being sure any dogs would be separated from work area, and that there would be no smoking. All this seemed reasonable and I was pleased they were double checking with me. The repair person called the next morning and gave me a 30 minute time frame for arriving. He got to my house and called again to let me know he was in the driveway. I had the part-he knew how to replace the old one, was careful with moving the frig on my floor, removed the leaky old one and put new one in. He seemed careful with getting tubes even and straight on the back of frig. Very nice person.

Received call ahead of arrival; clearly explained what was/and not found; provided options and how to prevent and future issues.

New washer and dryer were delivered and set up in good time. At the time I was very pleased with their service. About a month and a half later, the washer began to make a noise. They came out twice to check on it and thought the problem was in the back legs levelers. Told me if it happened again to just lift on the washer and sit it back down. This washer is too heavy for me to do that. However when the noise continued I discovered it was coming from the drain hose connection at the washer. Tried to get them to come out again after telling them this, and they refused. Said there was nothing to repair. To this day the washer is continuing to make that same noise.

The 2 repairmen called to alert me to a 15:20 min arrival. They arrived on time went to the washer, tilted it forward, copied the serial no, put washer back, handed me a $9520 bill-(75vc trip. 20-labot d t e ++).

I called set up apt of the following day in the afternoon waited the entire day for a phone call telling me they could not show up (around 5:00) but I would be the following day. He came in saw that the washer had a pump that was burned out fixed it to the turn of 349.83 which 85.00 was the service call. Started machine up found it still leaking water he came out first thing in AM to advise me it was another part that was broke and would order. Waited 5 days for item to find that the price of the item was 7.08 on the internet and he was charging me 65.00 for the part and I was Installing. Their prices are to far out there You might want to check internet before calling them Price of a new machine...

The technician performed a throughout evaluation. Gave me an estimate on fixing the problem. He was informative & timely.

Called Appliance Care from internet. Samantha was 1st person I talked to. She was so nice and helpful that I chose Appliance Care. Brian was knowledgeable, and knew exactly what the 2 problems were. Had to order parts and fixed both appliances.

Went very well. Technician knew exactly what he was doing. Finished job very quickly, cleaned up work area and was very pleasant

The agitator wasn't working correctly. I called and they came right out. They were quick I told them what was happening and they knew right away what the problem was. They were polite, professional, and responded quickly.

I hired the company and they came out for a service call for $65. The technician was wonderful, and explained that he was not sure what was wrong. He assumed some voltage issues from the lightning strike caused it to become faulty. He took some pictures and sent them to the manufacturer. I was told that they would be in contact in with the manufacturer, and they would contact me with what they could do next to fix it. I called the company to see if their was an update- the person on the call was extremely rude. I am not sure if it was the service manager whom I spoke with, but his only goal was to get off the phone. He claimed that he would hang up on me unless I gave him my credit card and would pay him $100 per hour for him to write me a letter stating they cannot fix it. I feel this was a huge waste of my time, and felt very disrespected.
