Description of Work: I had Brian out to repair my washing machine. He showed up on time and found 2 problems. I knew the switch was bad, but as he showed me the agitation, I realized that had been bad for some time. He fixed both and it works like new. He was super nice and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came in to replace a valve. They neglected to shut the water valve off at the dishwasher. Ruined my kitchen floor. I called them to explain to them what happened they were verbally condescending and RUDE RUDE RUDE. I found they had bought the number from Manley's Appliance. Manley's would be apalled at the behavior and attitude of these people. They way they handled this they should not be on Angie's list.

[Member Name Removed], How sad that you blame us for an appliance failure that we had nothing to do with. Why would you wait 5 months to post a negative review? Did you forget who is really to blame for your floor damage? We did not sell you that dishwasher. We did not install your dishwasher. We did not make, manufacture, or design your dishwasher. We are not KitchenAid. We are in the appliance repair business because appliances fail. If they did not fail we would not be in business. As you will recall...You called us out to your house because your dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly. There was no complaint from you stating that the dishwasher was leaking or flooding. Nor did we see the dishwasher leaking while we were in your home. We offered to return to your house the next day with the correct part to fix your dishwasher. However, you would not allow us to come back to your house until over 10 days after the initial visit because you were out of town on a trip. Apparently while you were gone on vacation a different failure occurred with your dishwasher. Sounds to me like you failed to properly secure your house before your trip by turning the water off to your entire house. You failed to mention to all the Angie's List customers that your were gone for over 10 days on a vacation and did not want to be bothered with this repair. If this whole mess was all our fault...then why did you still proceed with us to fix all of the broken items with your dishwasher and pay us in full after your returned from vacation? You clearly stated in your own words; "this is what insurance is for." You should be ashamed of yourself for posting a negative review on us. We are referring this review to our legal department for a possible defamation claim.

Description of Work: Called them for a problem with my dishwasher. They advised they could respond the next day. Due to some technical difficulties with my phone they couldn't get ahold of me, and didn't leave voicemail to confirm so no one showed. I contacted them to inquire where they were and was advised they tried to call. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic and assured me someone would be out first thing the next day. The service tech showed up the next morning and diagnosed the problem in 10 min. and told my husband it was a fix he could repair on his own. I appreciated his honesty, which saved us quite a bit of money.

Description of Work: This was our second call to this company as we had a positive experience in the past as well. Repairman replaced dryer belt as drum was not turning. He did a review of the dryer itself, as it is ancient, and said all was well. I appreciated his honesty as this company does sell washers and dryers but he did not try to get us to upgrade. I highly recommend this company and will use again.

We called on Tuesday and set up the appointment sometime on Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. They showed up around 2:30pm and went to work. We had busted the catch on our Frigidaire Dryer and wanted the door switched to open from the opposite side. I had the repair manual from our initial purchase and Kent Aspen went to work. It took less than an hour to complete and he even took out the burnt out appliance light and showed me which one to get if I wanted to replace it in the future. I am very happy with the service we received and will definitely call The Appliance Care Company, LLC if we need service in the future.
Description of Work: They switched the opening of our dryer door by taking apart the door and switching the position.
