They got rid of mice in our home, they were thorough. The mice are very bold. I just started using them so I will have a better idea come this summer on how effective it is.

It was a funny experience for sure. They identified where the bat came in and patched the hole. We have not had a problem with bats again. They came right out. Took care of the problem.

We have an ongoing annual contract with them. They come out and we have had them remove moles and spray for bugs. They come out a couple of times a year and we are very happy. They send the same guy every time and we are satisfied with them. I think our contract is $275 a year.

They never called or emailed to schedule the work/

They arrived and got everything done with a minimum of fuss.

Did not do what was purchased for. In addition, I paid $89 to Angie List in which I was invoiced only $45 for the failed service.

They performed the work very well. Their office provided great service when I called. We're definitely going to use them again next year.

The initial treatment they came out quickly. When I continued to see bugs I called them again as they said they would retreat. I expected them to come back immediately and treat but instead they said my next treatment was coming soon so they would just do it then. That was several weeks ago and I still have bugs..

They were able to work around our schedule and set up an appointment that worked for us. The service call itself went well.

Went well. Setting up the appointment hit a few snags, but they showed up ealrier than expected on the day-of. Exterminator was courteous and professional. Indicated they'd examine some bugs we'd bagged for them, but never heard back from them. Not a deal killer, as the overall experience was superior.

Well. My purchase included next spring's application.

It was fine. It worked okay. They were definitely very courteous and nice. They showed up when they said they would. The only complaint I would say is that whatever they sprayed didn't seem like it would last a really long time. It seemed like it would last maybe a couple of days and then the mosquitoes would be back. They were always very easy to work with and very courteous and always out on time. They would always give you a heads up on when they were coming, so you knew they were going to be there the next day. In terms of that I thought they were great. It didn't cost more, it covered the rest of the year for the treatments. They were always on time, always punctual and always very professional. I just don't know if the product itself lasted long enough for me to justify the money I spent. The workers was great, very nice. They seemed like really good people.

Good. Applied on wet day. Not sure if effective.

I would use Pro Pest again in the future.

They always do a great job. It was $199 for three applications in a year. They are right on time every time. We've had little or no bug problem and I've used them for two years.
