Indoor bug treatment. We don't have ny regularly scheduled pest control and when noticed a few spiders and ants, we called Pro Pest. They were great!

Pro Pest was wonderful to work with. Outside, we had voles and spiders. Occasional spiders inside. Pro Pest came out several times to tend to outside and would always offer to return for indoors at our convenience. Very friendly staff (office and service team) and accommodating.

Very well. Mosquitos were not a problem this summer.

The work was performed but not 100%. When the technician arrived they only had spray to perform the insect treatment. When I asked about the mice treatment as the package I purchased mentioned it was part of the work and the tech said no and you had to get the subscription to get that. A big disconnect some where....

Fine. Yard insects required several visits

Very well. Mosquitos have not been a problem.

Wonderful work done to diagnose the flea problem thanks to a roommate's borrowed mattress which accidentally came with fleas. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem, dealt with it and solved the problem. MUCH cheaper than competitors! This included the initial treatment Thanks to their great work, we hired them to do additional general pest control too. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

The man was very professional and even arrived early. I have signed up for them to do an inspection and perform needed service on a quarterly basis.

I never run into any insect problems in the house. They give you a heads up when they are coming out and when I have spoken with anyone at the office they are always polite. Will continue using them for sure.

Too soon to tell but sure disturbed them as we have found several crawling. Hope they die.

Received a very thorough application which should take care of our spiders and any other insects attempting to take up residence in our home.

Very pleased. Promptly scheduled my appointment, the technician called ahead to confirm, showed up as scheduled, explained about the product and procedure. Quite refreshing to hire someone to do a job and actually complete as promised.

The technician arrived several hours late. When he did arrive, he came to the front door, didn't greet me. When I tried to tell the technician the areas I needed sprayed, he ignored me and was at my home for less than 10 minutes. Additionally, according to their website, the plan was guaranteed for 90 days. However, I was told the plan I purchased was only for 45 days. I will never recommend this company even if they offered free services.

Work was done as promised. A little confusion by the applicator over what was a centipede vs. a silverfish, which was a little disconcerting. It has not been quite two weeks so a little early to tell on well the application worked, but so far only one centipede in the garage found since the application. Which the applicator said to give it a couple weeks before judging.

Did not notice improvement after sprayed. They always sprayed when were not there, so never saw what they did.

It has gone well. I have no complaints at this point.
