Very well once we got the appointment scheduled. The was a little bit of a delay in scheduling due to confusion over the correct phone number to use. I had to call the office and, once I did, we got it straightened out.

Fred showed up on time. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and then promptly completed the work.

Very well. Reasonably priced. They show up and do the work. They primarily focus on the exterior, but call a couple of days in advance to allow the opportunity to have them spray inside.

This company is very solid and offers a great value. I use them for seasonal mosquito control and they come out every 3-4 weeks, knock on the door to let us know they're going to spray and ask about any problem areas, then go about their business. Their mosquito program isery affordable compared to competitors in the area and offers a great value for the service you get. I've tried other pest companies in the area and have stuck with these guys for the past few years.

The technician was very personal, respectful, and explanatory. He was thorough but not invasive to my work from home. The scheduling wasn't quite as good. Someone called me to schedule the appointment. Then a few days later someone called back to schedule again. (better that than not at all). They did have my original appointment on the calendar. But they also didn't put the notes to the technician that it was purchased on Angie's list and what that deal was. The deal I purchased was for 3 visits during the year. His notes didn't reflect that. The technician in doing his job well, proceeded to try to get me to sign up for quarterly visits. So he felt bad after I explained to him that part of the package was multiple treatments, he said he felt like that made him look like he was trying to sell something I didn't need. I think they should make sure they put notes in for the technicians to avoid those embarrassing moments for them.

Great so far, very easy to work with and knowledgeable service explained what he was doing and what to expect.

I was finally able to get my first service in. Scott and his assistant called ahead and were prompt. I had left a piece of cake on the counter after a trip and that morning had an onslaught of ants traipsing through my kitchen so the timing could not of. Wen better. They were fast and detailed. Provided a work order with the specific chemicals they were using. I still have ants crawling around inside and over where they sprayed yesterday, but he said it might take a couple of weeks for everything to work it's magic and if I had any other issues or concerns they would come back out and give it a check! I was a little disappointed this wasn't for termites etc. But if this goes well, then I'll see about adding that on.

This is a package for two times. They will be back in October

This was my third year using them for continued protection after I had had a very complete eradication indoor and outdoor to halt an infestation. So far I have only needed to use this company once a year in the spring, and only outdoors, and the people who come out have been very responsive, and the ant problem has not recurred. This year, I thought there was a problem because they were held up and came after I had to go somewhere, and I couldn't find paperwork they had been here. But a few weeks later I found where the paperwork had blown off the door, so all is good to date--no indoor ants.

I was perplexed when the serviceman stated that the spraying only lasted 45 days. I thought it would be longer. I use to have my pest control service once a year.

This will be the second year I have used this company. Great service and I never had any issues with bugs at all last year.
