Description of Work: I had the tri-annual service. They originally had the wrong address and sprayed there, so thank goodness I called them to ask where they were and got the address resolved. Once that happened, they arrived promptly and sprayed the interior and exterior perimeter. So far (one month), I haven't seen any bugs!

Description of Work: They didn't show up and we had to reshedule. |They said that contrary to what Angies list said about square feet to be done, they worked by # people and hours. |They only did the front, with 2 people for 2 hours. |They didn't do the back.

Description of Work: After buying the Angie's List deal for pest extraction for my attic (we suspected squirrels or mice), we were informed that they only dealt with bugs and mice, not squirrels. Also it was my understanding from the Angie's List deal that they would try to find the source of entry and make recommendations on how to eliminate the problem. Instead, the gentleman arrived and threw some bait/poison into the area of my attic where we heard rodents and he put traps near the attic access and in our garage. The bait worked: we had previously heard one animal in the attic, and that night, we heard many animals in the attic. It has since died down, but we still hear the one or two in the attic. We will have to call another company to come and determine the entry point so we can stop the animals from entering.
