I've never paid attention to what the service tech did even when I was home. This week, however, I ran into a problem and now I wonder if I've been getting what I was paying for. I've never had a huge bug issue but spray quarterly to keep it that way. There is a huge spider that spins a new web every day outside my kitchen window. I watch him and find it interesting but I don't really want her there. I was positive when the bug guy came, he would take care of her permanently so I wouldn't have to. The fact that she's still there today leads me to believer no one came onto my deck to spray. That would mean, since my deck and porch extend the majority of my home, that nothing is being sprayed back there. (You can see the size of the spider in the pic. It would be impossible to miss her if you were spraying along the deck by the house.) I called the company this morning to express my unhappiness that apparently I've been paying for someone to spray and nearly 1/3 of my home isn't being taken care of. She assured me this tech had never been here before and she was positive the other tech would have done it. I told her from now on I'd need to be here so I knew what they were doing. I also said I needed someone back out here today or tomorrow to spray and to get rid of the spider. She said the soonest someone could come is Monday. Well I'm having a houseful of company this weekend and don't want the spider out there and they should have sprayed and taken care of it when they were here. Then they wouldn't have had to come back. I'm not paying for this treatment (since 1/3 of the house wasn't sprayed) and I'll be using someone else in the future. Should I use someone else because of one issue? Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if I've been having someone spray everywhere that is needed. Do I have bugs in my house? Not too many. So yes, I'm sore that they screwed up and couldn't come back out sooner, and yes I'm going elsewhere.

He arrived on time, rang the doorbell and knocked before starting the job. Introduced himself, said what he'd be doing and made sure to close the gate when he was done, so I'd say it went really well.

My sister paid for this for me but she did find it on Angie's List. They worked with me because they showed up earlier than our agreed appointment. They came right back out and sprayed the inside for free. They are very professional. They outdoor spray took care of all the bugs in my basement! I was very happy about that.

I had my home sprayed and a bomb let iff. We've seen no decrease in bugs inside our outside in the landscape.

Treatment went fine. Treatments did not last as long as I expected.

They have always done a great job. They are friendly, prompt and get the job done. Never had any problems with them.

The spray itself went OK and I do think it helped reduce insects, however, the second spray was not done in all areas as the first spray and I got several bites while pruning bushes. I had to remind the person who sprayed third time to please make sure and get that area as I also have two dogs who go there. Also, I did not like that they do not call and schedule sprays ahead of time. You get a recording the day before to let you know they will show up next day. This was not convenient for me and it was a big hassle trying to get with the office manage and get it straightened out so they would schedule ahead of time. Even then, I got a recorded message on third spray telling me they were coming next day and I had to call and tell them I needed it to be scheduled ahead of time. It was frustrating.

Right after they left, I had ants in my kitchen. Took care of them with a spray from handware store and have spiders in the house more than before.

It went very well. As I said, Fred was extremely thorough which led to the discovery that all of the wasp nests were in our next door neighbors' yard. So he treated our yard to repel them, and I left a note in our neighbors' door with ProPest/Fred's business card informing them about the problem. They then called ProPest and scheduled a service visit. After the first visit, about 80% of the wasps went away initially, but then came back again. So I called ProPest and we scheduled a followup appointment at the same time as our neighbors' treatment, so we could try and knock out all of these pests with the most "firepower" at the same time. That was a couple of days ago and the amount of wasps has decreased in our yard although, not totally gone. But, we're not too concerned as Fred assured us that ProPest stands behind their service and that they will definitely return to re-treat if they are not totally gone. I would highly recommend this company as they are very thorough in the face of a really significant infestation of wasps. Friendly, professional, and willing to return until the problem is totally solved. Fred very much worked in partnership with me (and my neighbors) to point out all of the areas that were treated and we can be aware of the "danger zones" to keep ourselves safe and protected until all of the wasps are gone.

Went quite well. Tiny black bugs in our shower persist, however.

I saw no results from the first application, prompting a call to the company for them to come back out per their 30 day guarantee. After another 2 weeks, the bugs began to return in my home as though my house was never sprayed. On top of that, they attempted to bill me again 2 months later for an exterior home spray that I never asked or signed up for. They just left a bill at my door that I now have to dispute. While their customer service has been very helpful, I would not use them again or recommend them to someone else.

Application went well results not good.

We have been very satisfied with their work. They even provide a guarantee in case we see any pests or have any problems at all.

It's been good. On price, I hadn't done a lot of comparing. Overall it's a fair price.

Very well. Technician was fast and efficient.

The service technicians were professional and responsive. The application was timely and without incident. HOWEVER, both of the times I have purchased services from ProPest, I later received random bills from them for some incidental/renewal fees they claimed were owed. Fortunately, I had kept a copy of the original Angies List purchases which clearly showed that no such fees were owed and should not have ever been billed. My advice: keep a copy of the deal and be vigilant because their accounting system likes to troll for money.

Fine. You can tell after they spray monthly.

Was given a price for a general extermination with a free follow up spray within 45 days. Called a few weeks later because I was still seeing bugs and wanted a follow up spray. Was told at that time that the follow up didn't include cockroaches. First time I had heard that. Be careful with this group.

I had three treatments, still having mosquito issues

Have seen a big decrease in Mosquitos in the yard.

They never showed the dates scheduled in May. The didn't showed in June. All dates were prearranged in the begining of May. Not happy with service.

The service man was professional and helpful. It did a couple of days for the ants to disappear and that was explained to me.
