They did everything well except the treat the attic and they did not treat for wasps. Update: Prompt on schedule service. Eliminated my wasp problem, and did a follow-up to my original concern.

Overall it was great experience and they were very helpful

John came on time and was respectful, personable and answered questions that I had. He played with my pups and said "I hope you have a GLORIOUS day!" I felt valued and appreciated by the services they provided- now lets just hope the bugs stay away! :-)

Was friendly and fairly helpful regarding mouse problem. He did not actually block any entry points. He did provide extra bait and a key to unlock bait stations. It took about 45 minutes.

I have not had any sign of them since they were there. The man that did the work was FANTASTIC. Very professional, took the time to talk me through the how and why of each treatment, and looked at possible entry ways in my house, made sure the chemical was cat-friendly. I was so comfortable with everything he said. He also said that they would come out again free of charge if the bugs came back soon. They have not, so I didn't need that, but it was comforting to know I had the option. I will absolutely continue to use this company for all of my service. They are local and do a superb job.

They came out to spray and two days later the bugs returned. They had to come back and spray again. I didn't feel like they did a thorough job the first time.

It went really well. The technician wore boot protectors and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Two weeks later they called to make sure everything was going ok and when I told them about the ants, they came back and sprayed again.

He sprayed the whole inside of the house, garage, and basement and then sprayed the outside foundation. Young man was prompt and very nice. Told me of their guarantee, so overall very happy.

He did a great job. He reminded me several times of their guarantee and to call if him if I see one bug before my next treatment in 90 days and he would return and treat the area as many times as needed. I haven't needed to call, but it is nice to know they will return.

It seems like they didn't spray enough. I could have gotten the spray and done it myself. They were overly responsive. They called me about 4 times and tried to sell me other services. I would not recommend them.

Went great, although I was curious as to why I rec'd a followup call encouraging me to get an annual program -- this program states it's good for year-round. (each treatment lasts up to eight months.) On the phone, I was told it could be effective up to 45 days.

I bought an Angies List deal and promptly made an appt. All of the parties involved were kind and professional! So far so good on not seeing bugs. I would definitely recommend!

We were really pleased with the whole experience. Pro Pest called us quickly to set up the appointment and then someone came out to our house to set up the plan and talk about the whole process. They came over for about 4 hours this week to take care of things and did a great job. I would definitely use Pro Pest again.

I guess I'm not 100% thrilled on that one. I noticed right after they leave that I get more spider webs, so I think they are more of one that just sprays. I don't think they do a granular treatment which was kind of what I was expecting but I get I haven't got any bugs in the house, so I guess it has been working. They have no set time on it. They just call me a day before and say they are coming out, so I guess they are pretty punctual. They showed up when they said they would.

My experience was very satisfactory. The exterminator was really nice and punctual. He was rather thorough and was very quick, probably because he was rather well-seasoned. I'd have to keep an eye on what happens before our next treatment in the spring, but so far I'm rather happy with my experience. Here's to hoping they have a spring special!

Did the work, but can't say that I really noticed a difference. We still had bugs all around the outside of the house and coming in.

Company was very professional and easy to work with. They showed up and treated on the schedule we set, and communication was fantastic.

Covered every part of house inside and outside where possible pests could hide. I am having them back to set bait for a mole problem in our yard.

They were easy to schedule with and are prompt for appointments. Even when ants showed back up between service times there were quick and happy to come out and do an additional treatment.

Have had two of three treatments so far, and have had no issues. I rated the quality as N/A because I have no really good way of determining the quality for the product they use; just hope it works. But that's going to be true of any company I use. I would use them again if they offered a similar deal next year.
