It turned out very well. We appreciated the service. They've done a great job. We will probably continue with them after the purchase that we made. My husband was here when they did the service. Everything went extremely well.

It's fine so far, it's time for them to come back and do a six month check you know insect deal. When they did the spray I thought they should have moved a few more things that they did not.

Great! I needed to change the first appointment and reduce the window of time on the scheduled second appointment. They were so accommodating. James arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and using and answered all of my questions. James was very professional as well as friendly.

Great! The Tech arrived promptly. He was clean and courteous and did a thorough job.

The first treatment was in the Spring. I wasn't present, but my wife said the man was real friendly and worked quickly. We called them out 2 more times and they retreated at no cost as advertised. We understand that there is no way to completely rid every single pest and keep it that way. We have a Fall treatment scheduled Oct. 12th.

A nice young man came and sprayed throughout the inside of my home and also around the outside. He found 2 wasp nests and destroyed them, as well as moved a bird nest from my gutter to a tree in my yard.

Excellent! From the initial phone call to the finished treatment the Pro Pest folks exceeded my expectations. The first treatment was back on August 3rd. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Based on other estimates I thought it should have taken longer but to my pleasant surprise he was here and gone within 40 minutes and did a thorough job. I immediately started seeing dead spiders over the next week. I did see some live ones but the Pro Pest folks told me to give it three weeks and IF I kept seeing them, to call and they would do a follow up spray which they did for me yesterday Sept 1. same experience, great technician treated the entire home again inside and out and was able to hit some areas the first tech couldn't due to me having boxes in his way in the attic which I took care of. So far I couldn't be happier with the service and the results.

Have only seen one ant since the spraying.

The package I bought was a quarterly package. everything was included in the $199 package.

Poor. The tech that did the application was very nice but I gave not received any documentation from Termidor making me wonder if they even used it. Was told the office would call to schedule interior treatment. That never happened. I had to call after a month and the person I spoke to sounded like she really didn't know what I was talking about. I did get the interior treatment done and the guy was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. Leading me to believe that is was inadequate.

Arrived on time and the technician was very friendly and informative. The process was a success and the follow up was definitely appreciated.

A few issues with scheduling but staff was more than accommodating to work with and resolved the mishaps immediately. Service was completely promptly and worked around my hectic schedule. I seriously couldn't be any more pleased with the level of service i received from the scheduling office.

ProPest was great! They were great at communicating appointment times and flexible when they were running a little ahead of schedule. The service was professional and we’ll see in a few weeks if the bugs are gone.

I wouldn't do it again. I had some bugs come up again, so I called them, they were closed, I left a message, and I didn't hear back. That's not responsive enough. I shouldn't have to call a place twice to have them come back to honor something, and get work done. I wasn't impressed with the work done, it wasn't very thorough, and I didn't like the scheduling for the appointment. I had to rely on a call back for that, and I had to leave a message that the bugs had come back. I never got a call back, that's fine, and I just won't use them again. It took about two weeks.

I bought the big deal for 6 pest control treatments in a year. When they finally called they told me it was a typo and it was really only 4 services. Had I known that I don't think I would have purchased the deal. I went ahead and set up the appointment since I was having issues with spiders. They were prompt and friendly. The tech sprayed, but I noticed after they left they did not get any of the cobwebs for the front entrance or patio, all within about 10feet and easily reachable with a pole. Haven't decided if I will continue to use them after this contract is up.

Pro Pest set up an appointment in a timely manner. The employee was thorough. However, after about a week we did get a number of small ants in our kitchen, so quickly another employee came to spray for the ants. We are very pleased to say--no ants at all, and we are pleased with the work from Pro Pest. We would gladly have their service for our home again if needed.

Jon was very professional and courteous. He explained the process well and was very conscientious and attentive to details.

The technician arrives on schedule, and was courteous and efficient. When he presented me with a bill, I indicated that I had purchased an Angie's List special, which he wasn't familiar with. He put me in touch with the correct person in the office to answer my questions and square my account.
