Description of Work: We took advantage of KCP&L's air conditioner replacement program and called Myers as they were listed as one of the approved contractors and their name was on the existing furnace. They sent someone out that very afternoon to see if we qualified and installed the new a.c. the next day before the house got hot. It passed KCP&L's inspection and our latest bill is significantly lower than the previous one.

Description of Work: Firm would not provide an estimate requested nor would they return phone calls. They are a local (<1/2 mile) business I wanted to support but failed to provide my needs. Estimates apparently were not their thing.

When the outside temperature was 0 and minus 2 our furnace quit working! We had Myers Furnace come the next morning to assess and fix the problem. Problem fixed. The employee was professional and friendly.

They were very good. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and would use them again.
