It went well. Technician courteous & pleasant. The work was done & filter was changed.

It was very good. They come every year and always do a good job. They do a great job today too.

Straight forward bid and explanation of the process. Work done on time and fixed problems from previous installation without being asked.

They are very, very good. I don't use them on a regular basis because I am on a fixed income now. If I had a problem, I would use them.

They aren't cheap but its worth the cost. I can't say enough good things about them.

Our furnace quit working during a rather brutal cold snap (16 degrees!). We called around for a service provider who worked with mobile home systems. Myers said they did, so we scheduled them to come out. Even though the scheduler said they were backed up, she called later to say that the technician would be at our place by late morning. He introduced himself, came in, and got right to work. He was professional and courteous, even humoring our 3 year old son who pestered him. He worked quickly, isolating the problem to a burned out ignition unit. Thankfully, he had one in his truck. He stayed to make sure it was working correctly. He even fixed something that had been making a rattling noise in the furnace. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

Great! They even waited until I was back in town to send the bill.

Meyers had put in a furnace for me a couple of years ago. I was satisfied with their work. When the air conditioner quit cooling, I called Meyers Furnace again. They came out and said they could repair the old air conditioner or install a new one. The old one could give me additional trouble, so I had the install a new one. They were quick and efficient.

Our furnace did not come on during the middle of the night. We called Myers Furnace first thing in the morning and they came over immediately. We have used this company many times in the past with the same great results.

They were a little expensive but well worth it. I was very happy with their service that they provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous - Rob Myers, Adam, and all other staff we encountered including Mindy, who answers the phone, are each very knowledgeable in their areas, completely professional, always punctual, and helpful with a graciousness we seldom encounter in today's busy companies. Kudos to Rob and his whole team for growing a company that feels to us like the best HVAC company we've EVER worked with - and that's saying a lot, as we're now in our 27th house in 31 years.

I was pleased with the professionalism of the service personnel and the speed with which they solved the problem. (I feel like I am qualified to judge as my father was in the HVAC business and I worked with service personnel as a teenager.) I was very pleased with Myers.

The air works great after 2 months

Would definitely use this company again. Hard to find companies that do what they say they are going to and this company did everything in the time they said they would and the clean up was great.

THEY WERE GREAT!!!! I called in the morning and they showed up in the afternoon, diagnosed the A/C and even attempted to get the part covered under warranty. Unfortunately it was not covered so we received a quote of 1200.00 and the actual cost was 1100.00. The people were all very nice and responsive. Would highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with their service and service people. I had a back bathroom that did not get any air at all, but they came in and changed it around and it got cool in summer there and warm in the winter. I paid about $50 for the visit. I have warranty on the compressor that they installed and it has been probably 5 years and I don’t have any paper to prove it. They are pretty responsible and when they tell you they are going to be here at such and such a time you can pretty much do a little betting on that. They responded when my air-conditioning went out and said that they had nobody around, but if someone was available they would send him right over and that happened and I had a guy in 3 hours. I had to wait from Friday until the following Tuesday to do anything because their source of supply of compressors were closed down because of a holiday. They just could not get the unit from the distributor because they were closed because of a holiday and other than that I had no problems with them. The quality of their work was very good and they did a clean job.

I made the appt per phone. The employee came on the agreed upon day and between the hours that they said they would come. They called and said they were on their way and showed up shortly after that. He did the work and left in a timely manner.

On an extremely hot afternoon, the house A/C quit. I checked the circuit breakers and found two 30A breakers tripped. I reset them and they tripped in less than 30 seconds' From experience, I knew the unit was defective. I called Myers Furnace and they said because of the heat and customer load they wouldn't get to my place until Monday. Within an hour they called to state a tech was freed up and on the way. After decision by me, of replacement choice, I was told they would get me fixed up by Tuesday, maybe even Monday The office called Monday to tell me the tech was enroute. Another driver delivered the new heat pump and I was up and running by !5:00pm. I might note the temp outside was 96 on Friday the day of failure. Three nights, trying to sleep in 90 degree environment was tough.
