Each service that they do for us which includes pests and bugs is right at $100 a quarter. We were very pleased with this provider. He was very prompt and courteous. We have them set up for a quarterly program.

They were punctual and very professional. After taking a tour of the house and all the spots I mentioned we'd seen mice droppings they put down poison and filled a spot in our siding that was a potential entry point. They offered to come back out in a month or two to check on the situation and adjust if necessary.

They were fine.The guy was great. The only issue I had was he took extraordinarily long to get back to me. He was polite. He took a survey and let me know everything was fine.

It was fine. They put out some traps and pointed out where we might be having some problems. I think we may have killed a couple of homes. They did okay. I kind of felt like they were really there to sell me monthly services as opposed to just doing the deal and I understand why the folks do the deal. They put down some traps. Since we have cats, I didn't want any poison in the house. They put out some poison bait in the garage where the cats were not allowed to go. They look over the house to see if there were places where the mice were getting in. Somehow they were probably getting in through the garage. I'm not sure if I will recommend them. They did okay but we still have mice coming in the house. They were okay. I just wasn't 100% knocked over by them. I'm not sure that they didn't anything that I couldn't have gone to Home Depot, bought a dew things and done myself. The pricing for the big deal was fine. I didn't want to hire them on a monthly basis to come back out. They were on time and they set up an appointment fairly quickly. I will probably not use them again. I just wasn't that impressed with them although I can't put my finger on exactly what it was. They were trying to tale me into more services most of the tie that they were here.

The service was fine. The big deal price was $99. There were no additional charges. They did a fine job.

I had purchased a big deal and it was fine. Once they came out, he said that it was really hard to treat wasps, and I said that was the reason I had him come out, but he did treat for other things, and it was fine. I purchased a maintanance plan for the rest of the year. I went with them because I thought they were green. The guy was very polite, very personable, very accommodating. I had to cancel when he was supposed to come out and reschedule and he was fine with that.

It was fine. They were very personable and explained things well. The scheduling was fine. They got the job done in about one hour.

I wasn't impressed. He sprayed along walls, in corners, and placed sticky traps. He didn't seem careful about where he was spraying. A week later, I saw various bugs, like ants and spiders. It didn't seem to work very well.

It went very well. There were no extra charges. They certainly seemed very knowledgeable about their subject. Their pricing was very good. It was okay. I didn't have a problem with it.

After renting my house for a few years, I decided to move back in. Discovered a huge hole in the back sun room that the tenant did not tell me about. The hole went through the flooring and the sub-flooring, allowing anything and everything to come up into the house. There was evidence of mice everywhere (under the appliances, in the pantry, and in the closets). Ugh! I hate mice. Fortunately, I personally did not see any running around, but one of the contractors working on the house saw one. Anyway, I called Best Pest to come out and take care of the problem. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule the appointment on the day I requested. Poison traps were set in the kitchen, basement and garage. That was about 4 weeks ago. I have been living in the house for 3 weeks and I have yet to see a mouse. However, the true test is that neither one of my cats has caught a single mouse or showed any signs of noticing a mouse in the house. So, I guess it worked!

Very responsive and thorough

It was wonderful, gave me a lot of advice. I was very pleased with the service.

It went really well. One treatment and they left behind straws in the kitchen with ant killer in them. Within a week, we didn't have anymore pesky ants in the kitchen. They were worst around the kitchen sink and window. Thank you for clearing it up!

Had some trouble scheduling due to weather, but two professionals made it out to our house to spray the interior and exterior for bugs. I've had much fewer spiders after the treatments than I had with a previous company so whatever he did worked.

Did great. Bought the year program and I am to call when I want another service.

The technician was on time and treated as he proposed. He was prompt and professional.

The only suggestion I would make is to bring shoe booties when you come in customers homes.

On initial appointment did not remember to bring rodent baiting stations; had to come back for those. Did a cursory examination of exterior but did not identify entry point of mice, and did not seal off large hole in foundation that I showed him.

work was scheduled within a day of signing up for Angie list special....tech was prompt, efficient, and POLITE...we requested additional work not covered by Angie List special...the owner came with tech on the second trip (crawl space and rodent treatment installation)...everything was completed timely and professionally...we decided to set up a quarterly plan for both pest and rodent treatment

I am not sure about the date of service so I just guessed. The only negative thing was we had to leave the house for a few hours and were not told in advance. I should have known this I suppose but they said pets could stay so I figured we could too. The two men who did the service were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They did a great job and I would use the service again.

It took him 5 days to communicate by email he couldn't perform the task. I had left my phone number on the email. I wish he had let me know sooner the deal didn't include chipmunks so I could have arranged sooner for a replacement to get rid of them.

Came out and put out poison. We could have done that. We still caught mouse in our trap a week after they came out. They came out to refill the bait traps after a month. After refilling, we still caught another mouse in our physical trap. Mouse issue now on hold, but no solution to fix the problem long term i.e. identifying and closing up access points from the outside.

He arrived on time, inspected very thoroughly. We found one dead mouse, and NO live mice and NO nests. He said he thought that when I saw them two days prior, they had just entered and were exploring. He checked for mouse droppings (there were a few), nests (he found none), checked where they could be getting in (this part was very thorough, including walking along the whole house perimeter holding a mirror to check up under the siding) such as under the siding, climbing up on the A/C coil which goes into the house, any holes under the sink, etc. He set little bait houses in corners of basement and garage and the mice are supposed to eat that and go out to die. I have found no dead mice and that was one mo ago. HE IS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AROUND NOW (guess I gotta call them back to arrange that) to close up any large holes where they may have gotten in. He said you don't close them up right away as you want them to be able to get out. That's about it, aside from he also suggested I get a monthly insect coverage which I agreed to even tho I dont have an insect prob but in the basement there some dead "pill bugs" and he said the mice could be eating their carcasses (for protein). I agreed to a quarterly treatment for one yr.
