He arranged for treatment, and stayed home from work only to get a call saying that a technician was ill, and they would have to re-schedule. Then, no one ever showed up. The company refused to return his calls, and would not even answer the telephone. After wasting time for three days waiting for them, he did not hear from the company again. One wonders how it stays in business. Angie's List refunded the payment.

The technician was extremely nice and spend a good deal of time locating and sealing points of entry for mice. He also showed me what to look for in the future.

Had listed several different days for options on service. They never called and just showed up and we weren't prepared. The offer said the would fill holes if necessary which they did not do. Was suppose to have a follow up visit the following month but they did not do that either. We had already done traps and caught several mice. All he did was put more traps down which did not catch any mice.

They were unable to fulfill the contractual agreement and told me to get a refund.

They were really good. They did it very fast. We were having an ant problem so they came right out, took care of the problem and we will certainly be using them in the future.

With all of the rain, we had ants inside and out. Best sprayed around every baseboard inside the house and basement as well as outside around the entire house. We also added an extended spray on bushes and flowerbeds around the house. He sprayed out from the house 3-4 additional feet. For the next couple of days we saw only 3 very sickly ants. Haven't seen one since! Very happy with the results! Should have called them a lot sooner. Will definitely use them again. They were nice to work with, reasonably priced and did exactly what they said they would do. Also, the spray they used, once it dried was safe for our dog and cat to be around which was very important to us.

GREAT! Jim and his crew did a great job at treating my property. They had to dig a trench all the way around it. They left it in great condition. You can hardly tell that they were there. Thanks Jim!

Fair. Had an appointment for 1:30 to 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. Received a call mid morning, that due to rain he would like to come sooner. I understand that happens. Left work and drove 30 minutes to meet Jim at the house. He was 20 minutes late. He did a review of the outside of the house and thought I had adequately caulked to prevent further problems. Inspected inside the house and recommended a number of bait stations to take care of future problems. Then told me he was late for another appointment and could he come back next week! I told him "no" I had taken off work and needed the work done now. He complied and will come back for a follow up visit, next month. I would not rehire and do not think the $175 I paid for the package was worth it.
