I first used this company last year when I found 5 or 6 mice running around in my basement!! They came 48 hr later and did a VERY thorough inspection of where the mice likely got in, then set up bait. Turns out there is no way to actually STOP all mice from getting in forever. One has to close entry points and put bait out so they will eat it if they do get in, and go out of the house to die (typically). After placing several bait traps, he came back a few weeks later to check which bait stations had any action, which only 2 had. Last month, June 2015 I had this company, the same tech, back for the preventative bug treatment and he used different treatment inside from outside, which I think is good. When here for the preventative bug treatment, he checked the mice bait stations again at the same visit and told me the same two ones were the only ones with any evidence of mice eating on them. Meanshile since he placed the bait station, I have never seen mice again after the day I originally did. The technician is outstanding, polite, timely and EXPLAINS anything you ask in detail. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had a large wasp nest somewhere under our deck and the wasps were very aggressive, making our deck unusable. I thought that the nest was under an enclosed bench. When Richard came out...he determined the nest was actually in a different place, and that one of the access points to the nest made it look like they lived under the bench. He was able to treat the area where the nest was at, and also treated the bench area and all around the entire deck to prevent them from nesting there as well. He gave suggestions of what to do to prevent them from coming back in the future so that we would could handle the problem ourselves.

All went well. Very happy to get this issue resolved.

I had purchased the service and was told it has 30 day gaurantee. I saw ants after about a week and tried to call multiple times. Never got them to come back and treat for the issue. Not what you would expect from a professional company.

Explained what the bug was and what they were using to get rid of it. Also gave advice on what to use myself and/or treatment to ask for in the spring. Also guarantee for 30 days. Happy so far as long as the critters stay gone. Will know in a couple of weeks and if not I was advised to call them for a second treatment.

He arrived at the appointed time and evaluated the perimeter of my home anf removed several nests.

The service was more thorough than I had expected. the Tech (sorry but forgot his name) explained the entire process and the results to expect. He advised that his inspection revealed no issues with the always lovely Brown recluse spiders and that overall pests weren't a major issue for me.

The service personnel was timely, courteous, and explained what he was doing as well as how to protect my pet.

I'd been having mice show up in way too many places so I decided to call in the professionals. He came out and put poison packets in every nook and cranny of my property and I almost immediately noticed a difference. I haven't had any more droppings or random piles of dog food hidden behind my picture frames, so I am thrilled. I also called this company a couple weeks ago to ask if they could take care of whatever tub monster is living under my bathtub in the crawl space. The answer was no, but after telling them I wasn't about to put some giant rodent in my car if I trap it myself, the gentleman graciously told me "if you trap it, I will come pick it up and take it away for you." The tub monster has not been caught, but I really appreciate the offer and this company.

I had purchased the Big Deal to get rid of the bees and wasps around my home. Unfortunately, they hadn't built nests since they're just now coming out of hibernation, so he was unable to do anything to remove them. He was very nice and professional and offered to let me have a refund since he couldn't do the work. I will use him in the future when it's a better time to have the bees removed.

The provider wasn’t able to do anything against that purchase, so he recommended that I call for a refund. The work I needed done wasn’t applicable with that deal. They were very helpful, on-time and punctual, and I would consider them if I needed their services in the future.

This treatment was originally scheduled about six weeks ago. However, because of a cold snap and some light snow, Best Pest cancelled the appointment. They cancelled because the conditions would not have been favorable for a successful treatment. Once the ants reappeared we called Best and they scheduled our treatment. The appointment was scheduled for 10 - 10:30, however, the technician called around 9 and asked if it was okay if he came early as he was running ahead of schedule. When he came he explained to my wife what he thought was happening and how he was going to treat the problem.

I was completely satisfied and entered into a new contract for regular pest extermination.

They were very helpful. The pricing that they gave me was very good. They looked at everything and was honest. They were on time.

I've been using them for 9 months. They are reasonably priced. They call me and then remind me that's it's time and then I call them and schedule it.
