Description of Work: Read the listing carefully. Was initially sold as a $99. That didn't really include any application material. In addition the follow ups were to be on call. They continued to show up unannounced and billing for it. My issue was not with follow up. It was with no coordination or communication. Will not recommend.

Description of Work: Used Best Pest for a mouse problem we had. They blocked one exterior entrance, but did not crawl under the deck to check for additional entrances.

Description of Work: Both Jim & Richard were very professional & personable. I felt better knowing neither we're giving me a sales pitch or trying to talk me into something I didn't need. Very good job!

Description of Work: They sprayed all around the baseboards in every room and the sockets around the walls with the socket covers removed. They treated my sofas and sofa pillows and my mattresses/mattress box springs, all my bedroom and living room furniture and furniture drawers including my basement and garage in a mattress set that I had in the garage. After that, they fogged the whole house. It appear to be a very thorough job.

Description of Work: The pest control tech showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He answered a few questions and went about spraying the house and applying granules around the foundation.

Description of Work: They checked for rodent activity inside and out and set out bait traps. We tried their monitoring service but it was too expensive so we stopped it. They were thorough and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: Placed stations/bait in the basement and garage as well as attic. Then checked monthly for 3 months. No current signs of mice activity! They even found several entry points and plugged them up. |

Description of Work: Put out traps for mice. The mouse was still alive a few weeks later though, so I am not sure how effective the traps were. But they were very professional, punctual, and explained everything that he was doing.

Description of Work: Jim came for first appt. and basically distributed poison and said he'd be back in 1 month to follow up and that this normally took 3 treatments (at $45.00 per). He came back in about 30 days and was to install brass or copper mesh at exterior entry points he'd identified, but did not have the supplies with him at that time. He said he would return within a week to perform that necessary service. Have not heard from him since. Still have a rodent problem.

Description of Work: They sprayed my house for muddoubbers and wasp. I had 36 that somehow got into my house. Most were gone immediately. A few lasted a day or so. They were in my skylights. The spray left a residue so I need someone to come clean the skylights now that they are dry. Not their fault but only downside.

Description of Work: Rodent control. They were high pressure to sign up for a "plan". Said they offered this low price to Angies List to get future visits. I had to force them to cover all possible entrances from basement to house with mesh. They wanted to do it "next time". Used cheap cardboard traps (with poison) both in basement and upstairs (no poison). Have not seen one dead mouse yet in basement or green droppings indicating they are eating the bait. Have captured 2 upstairs with my own sticky traps from Target. Nothing in their traps.
