Description of Work: I met the exterminator at my son's house as he was at work. He doesn't spray hardwood floor areas due to possible damage. Other exterminators I've used do spray those but maybe it's just the chemicals he uses. He did a thorough job but we did have him come back out and respray due to heavy rain and he applied a granular pesticide around the exterior of the house due to vines being around outside of home. He was friendly and funny.

Description of Work: Made a special trip out even though they were booked. Insects went away within a few days like they said. Their warrenty is for 90 days, few signs of them coming back. I will have to call them to come back out and spray again. Overall decent company.
