They came out set the traps and that was it. They set the traps fine and did a good review of the house.

Haven't seen any spiders since the work was done.

The technicians placed rodent baits in various areas. It seems to have taken care of the problem. They were supposed to make a return visit at a later time but never did.

Came out in Sept for initial treatment; signed up for quarterly service. Was a bit skeptical about a quarterly service, thought bugs might come back at the end of the 3 months. Just scheduled my Dec service call and treatment from Sept is still effective even with cold weather moving in we have not seen a bug since our initial treatment. Have already recommended Best Pest to 2 neighbors and will recommend to anyone else looking for a pest control service.

Was able to schedule a time on somewhat short notice. They were on-time, did the job without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

He was here on time for appointment, even a little earlier. He went through my whole house upstairs & downstairs. He explained how I could help prevent influx of the field mice. I plan to have him come back the next 2 months to check the bait.

Contacted this business on Monday to schedule as a new client for Friday. Gentleman was responsive and polite, we scheduled an appointment for 11:30am. My wife and I arranged time away from work to have someone present at the home when he arrived. Our Friday appointment time came and went and he called saying he wouldn't be able to make it at all. Poor experience, did not reschedule with this company.

Worked great. They were there when they needed to be. Haven't seen a mouse or a dropping since.

This was an $89 big deal purchase. It went okay. They were not able to do a lot of the house because the house had hardwood floors and I did not see the indication that they would not do that, so it was fine.

Jim at Best Pest Solutions got the job done quickly and nearly effortlessly for me. As a landlord in another state Jim's and Best Pest's professionalism made it very easy to take care of the my tenant's spider issue.

Jim was great - went out of his way to respond to my tight schedule needs.

He was very friendly and checked the house to make sure there were no obvious entry points for more mice to enter (there weren't). He then set up bait stations in the obvious problem areas. He said that he will come back in about a month to check things out, and to call if we had any problems or additional issues.

I was having challenges with mice in the basement and nothing was working. I contracted with Best Pest to identify the problem and recommend a solution. The technician answered all of my questions and set up 4-5 bait stations with a plan to check them in 30 days. We've had the first 30 day check with no further activity and left the bait stations for one more month "just in case." I was impressed with the technician's professionalism, attention to detail and the fact that he was on time, both times.

I've tried to reach them on 3 separate occasions and while they have promised to get back in touch, they never do. I needed this completed in early Spring then decided to use it in early Fall when I didn't get a response to email or phone call. Now I've lost both seasons that I needed it, and am out the $79.00

Very happy with the service and treatment. The service man was prompt. He listened to my concerns, which were about large black ants. He said there was a possibility of carpenter ants in a wall, but he was not sure. He explained that if I saw ants a couple of weeks after the treatment I should call back. The Angie's List special did not include carpenter ants, which was explained in the "deal". The service man explained other services offered, but there was no pressure, which I appreciated. If I have a need of an exterminator in the future I will contact these guys.

It went well. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating so there was no danger to pets. They do not spray on wood floors, which is primarily what we have in our rooms. But the work done solved our problems and I am very satisfied.

They did, however, inform me very quickly that they did not service my area and suggested that I ask Angie's list for a refund. If was in their area I could give better feedback.

I bought the $99 rodent package on "Today's Deals." Best Pest got right back with me to schedule a guy to come out and assess the mouse problem. The technician was extremely nice, very informative, and was not pushy in the least. He gave me various options, and we decided the bait traps were the best solution. The only thing I wish I would have known is that every time they come out in the future, it's another $55 to add bait or remove the traps. I will definitely call on them again for future use. Super friendly, and very knowledgeable about pests in general, including spiders, rodents, etc.

Went well but as of a week ago, the mice are back.

The gentleman they sent was very courteous and professional. He did a good job in taking care of the problems we had. I would recommend them to anyone else who might have a pest problem.

They were professional and on time. They did exactly what they said they would. Work was done quickly but done well. I will use them again and have already recommended them.
