Description of Work: I got a spider and ant coupon via Angie's List. They got rid of the numerous baseboard critters including knocking down wasp nests in my gazebo. |I paid an extra $100 for them to get rid of my carpenter ants. I'm not dismayed about this--I'm sure it happens--but I had to call them to re-treat. The guarantee was out of date by 10 days, but of course Jim readily agreed to re-treat since they hadn't actually gotten rid of the ants in my walls on the first treatment. |Since then, I've called Jim a couple of times regarding wasps in my house but he never followed up on my phone calls. So I probably won't be a repeat customer.
