Description of Work: The performed a quarterly pest control treatment both inside and outside the house. It went very well, they have always been punctual, personable and quite efficient. They have offered the occasional helpful suggestion but have never given any sales pitches or been pushy in any way.

Description of Work: It was last year...I don't remember the amount or the date they were out. It was fine...they couldn't reach a wasp next we had on the peak of the rooftop.

Description of Work: We had squirrels in the attic. They came out the same day we called them found the hole caught the squirrels. Repaired the roof. They were polite, knew their business and on time.

Description of Work: We had a terrible ant problem and the service provider from Best Pest took care of it. He also took care of our carpenter bees and gnats. The spiders are gone, too, and that's the BEST thing!

Description of Work: They first sprayed at my old house even though I had given them my new address over the phone. It's a good thing I called to ask where they were, otherwise I may have been out one of my tri-annual treatments. But, anyway, we got it resolved and they showed up at my house and sprayed. It was quick and painless and I have not seen a bug in two weeks.

Description of Work: Have Best Pest set up on a monthly rodent control program, we will switch to quarterly when the weather turns warm. Also does an outside only insect control for us. They are AWESOME, easy to work with and do what I ask for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: They checked the interior and experiment of my home and garage to locate possible entryways for mice. They set bait traps for me and made suggestions. Very nice gentlemen, explained the process to me completely. They offered a follow-up service, which I am doing, so that they can check and rebuilt traps. I appreciated their comments and service.

Description of Work: Thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service - these guys went above and beyond - highly recommend and would call them anytime if needed.

Description of Work: I do not remember the exact date when they sprayed, however the gentleman was very punctual and did a good job. Have not seen any bugs and only one spider when I had been seeing a lot of spiders. Very satisfied and will probably use them again next fall. Thanks

Description of Work: They initially went to the wrong house - no problems, mistakes happen. They checked out the house, gave some suggestions and set some traps. Before buying this, I had called to confirm they would also close any openings allowing mice into my home. They haven't done that. I didn't need to spend $99 to set some traps - I could have done that myself for a lot less! Complete waste of money! The upside is they were nice to my daughter - still not worth the $$.
