Jim, the owner, and his helper Chris arrived on time and proceeded to check all areas of the house where pests could enter. They used copper mesh where appropriate and set up bait stations. They were professional and had a good sense of humor.

He inspected the interior of the house spraying where he could and placing sticky traps throughout. All windows and doors were checked and treated. He then treated the exterior of the house. Sweeping all cob webs and spraying as he went.

It went great!!! He came out and identified that I had some how brought in German cockroaches into the house that were crawling around on the kitchen counter. We scheduled a date the next week for him to set out roach bait and also some roach traps. The appointment was for between 10 and 10:30 and he was at my house right at 10:00. They also sprayed the house for spiders. It has been a week and it seems that the roach bait and traps and working. I was also thankful for them squirting some dust underneath my front porch were a nest of angry yellow jackets set up shop. The yellow jackets are also now gone. I will definitely be using this company again. I am also seriously considering signing up for their quarterly preventative program.

He called and set up an appointment quickly and worked around our schedule. He was fast, efficient, courteous and what he did worked. We had a pretty bad ant problem and we just moved in...I waited a few days to make sure and the treatment he put down really worked. Real customer service and real results....could not be happier - he is our go to guy now. Also he is super friendly and has a good sense of humor.

He was a few minutes late--10 or 15; but came in and got right to work. Though he could find none at the time of his visit, he thoroughly sprayed, then as he'd told us on the phone before he came, he'd fog the house after he'd sprayed...same day. So, we were prepared to leave the house, knowing his process. He did exactly what he said he'd do, and cautioned us as to what to expect between the two visits. He also told us there's German roaches and American roaches (I didn't know these little varmints have nationalities, for goodness' sake!). German roaches come in on groceries, or with items bought at garage sales, etc. Today was his follow up visit. He laid down a bait, to trap any bugs that might still exist, and kill them. While his price was more than I realized it would cost ($168 for the first visit and $45 for the follow up), it has been well worth it, and I will use him in the future. He has a droll sense of humor, which takes some getting used to; but altogether, he's done a quality job, that's taken care of our problem; while at the same time, respecting our home and keeping us apprised of what to expect. We're pleased with the outcome.

The owner and a helper arrived on time at 9am, began trenching and drilling in preparation for treating. Completed and left at approx. 3 pm. Seemed to do a good job, they both worked hard and wanted to please. Did not leave a mess. Guess we won't know for sure until we see no more termites, if we do he promised to be right back out and take care of the problem. I was pleased with the work and the price.

The first time I called Jim he wrote down the wrong date for our service therefore I had to reschedule. However, the service provided was excellent. He really took care of the bug problem at one of our rental properties. The second time I called Jim he took care of another pest problem at a different rental property. The third time he forgot to write down our appointment so I again had to reschedule. Therefore, the service we receive is good, but punctuality and reliability are sometimes questionable.

We contacted Best Pest solutions and they can promptly to evaluate the problem and give us an estimate. We agreed on a price and a date and time was established for the work to be done. The work was done at the agreed upon time and date. A week later we got a follow up call to find out whether efforts had been successful andif we were satisfied with the service provided. Overall things went very smoothly and we were very happy with the results.

The customer service was great. The company showed up on time and completed the work as stated.

I purchased a one time treatment for about 80$ the guy came out a did the job. He was a really nice guy and arrived on time I felt very comfortable with him. I even purchased an annual treatment plan from him.

Jim has been servicing our 3 floor home for the past 2 years and we have been very satisfied. He's thorough and even removes the cobwebs from the exterior of our home and sprays for wasps around our deck. He comes out every 3 months or so, calls ahead to confirm a date and is punctual. We have not had any problems with insects, but if we did, I know he would schedule us in fairly quickly. Very professional.

If I have specific need they will come right out. They are very good. I know the owner is a great guy.

They are very good and we've been using them for five years. We've had the same man doing the service for all the years we've been using them and he's a nice man. He knows what he's doing and we've never had a bug problem which is the main thing.
