Provider was very prompt (in fact, he was ahead of schedule). He the walked the house and identified special issues and sprayed all the necessary areas for the possible pest infestation. He also sprayed around the exterior and into a few gaps in the siding. Of course, I won't know for a while if it was all effective, but he does sure know the business.

The company's owner came to do the job himself. He was prompt and personable while he explained what he was going to do. After walking around my house to check for wasp nests, both under the eaves and under the decks, he proceeded to knock the nests down. He then sprayed my home to kill and repel any and all wasps. The service was done about 2 weeks ago and neither my wife or daughter have seen a single wasp. Job well done!

We like to sit outside and wasps had built a nest under the eave of the house and in a light fixture. We saw the Deal of the Day for wasp treatment on Angie's List and sent Jim an email. He responded and we set up the treatment the next week. Jim is a friendly guy and took care of the problem in no time and even sprayed for ants. So far we haven't seen any wasps.

The guy missed the first appointment, which was fine because he was humble enough to reschedule. He showed up on time the next day and finished the job with no problem. However, he told me the warranty is shorter than normal just because I bought the service with a "Deal Price"---Angie's Big Deal. I wish I knew that earlier though I will not cancel purchase anyway.

He showed me where their nest were and even took things out of my garage for me, he never charged me for this information. He has a great sense of humor..I was very pleased. I recommend him for any type of pest control..If I ever have a problem that I can't fix by clearing out..I will definetly call Best Pest.

He was on time and friendly. He sprayed my entire house, exterior and interior for pests and set up traps throughout strategic areas inside my house as well. Thus far, any pests we see are dead ones.

I have not seen any wasps since the visit and I have checked the areas where he took the nests out. He was very friendly and he called to let me know his schedule. He was courteous and he called to let us know he was on his way to our home. I was very pleased with the service and they did include a 30 day guarantee with the service as well.

Jim was great. He called to let me know his time of arrival and was there as promised. He asked about any concerns I had and provided information for all my questions. He has a great sense of humor as well. It was a pleasure meeting him. I look forward to working with him in the future.

We have had them come out several times. I had them come out every 6 months. They are an excellent company. He is worth it. I had found cockroaches in my house, and I got two guys come out, and they both said that they come on potatoes and stuff like that. The first guy came out and just sprayed and left it. Best Pest came out, and he went over this house with a fine toothed comb. He sprayed, and he made sure that I was going to be out of the house. He is very dedicated to his work. He said that I should call him if that doesn't work, and I found one or two a month later and I called him. He came back, and that time he made sure they were gone. He is dedicated to his customers.

Best Pest is on time, efficient, and even educates you on everything he sees and how best to address it going forward. We've already had them out for a separate issue and again have nothing but good things to report!

He did what he promised. The problem is solved.

The service provider was punctual and polite. No issues before, during or after. Service has been effective.

The guy was a little after the arranged time, but nothing too bad. The main thing I care about is that he took care of our mouse problem. He went around the whole house and he looked for potential entry ways the they could get in. He set traps, mostly the poison bait kind and some of the sticky kind. We have a follow up appointment for him to come back and check and refill the poison traps. We have a you dog we were worried about, but he took care to only place the traps where the dog would not be able to get to them (even though they're in a plastic container where the dog would be able to get to the poison anyways). We have not seen or heard a mouse since he came. Which is kind of crazy because I had been catching them in traps almost nightly. I did not expect it to work that quick, but our mice problem seems to be gone now. Thanks! Also - he was a really nice guy.

After two re-schedulings (phone calls were made to keep us informed) he arrived and performed all points as contracted for.

Purchased this as a 'Big Deal' on Angies List. There was a bit of confusion with scheduling at first but when the problem was discovered they made a great effort to fix the issue and were on site within the hour. Very nice and professional and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use again if the need arises.

Best Pest Solutions was very timely in contacting me, punctional in showing up, friendly. I did, however, have some concerns with how everything went beyond that. *The deal states "...full home inspection to find potential rodent entry points and seal them off" We walked the exterior of the house. The inspector had forgotten his mirror, so was unable to see under the base boards at points, told me that basically everything 'looked good'. I do, however, have mice in my house, and not a single entry point was specifically identified or sealed. A few places that I pointed out as potential problems were not really given any closer of an inspection than anywhere else. *Deal states "Installation of rodent baiting stations in safe and hidden areas of your home to eliminate any existing activity." A number of glue traps and bait stations were put out. Unfortunately, most of the places we put them were in places where I had already put similar traps on my own. *Deal states "Offer advice on future rodent-proofing of your home, including food and trash placement". The advice was to sign up for a $45 monthly maintenance package where Best Pest returns and puts out additional glue traps, moves the existing ones around. *Deal states "...includes materials used for minor and common entry ways on ground-level exclusion work". As nothing was clearly identified or sealed, I can't speak to this. In no way do I feel like the provider was trying to deceive me. But I didn't see anything done that I hadn't tried already on my own, wasn't really given much in the way of insight into my problem, didn't really leave the experience feeling like I was any closer to dealing with our rodent problem. For $99, I could have bought a heck of a lot of glue traps and poison, a mirror to check my base boards, wire mesh to identify and seal potential entry points myself.

They were fine and I've had no problems with them. They put their bait stations out and I haven't seen any mice since then.

Best Pest Solutions was good. He was punctual and was very professional. I've never had a pest control service before and I saw the coupon, I thought I need to try to see if it gets rid of some of the insects in my place. I really do want to say if it cuts down on the number of spiders and other insects that I have. It's supposed to be good for three months so I'm anxious to see if that holds true. He did his job but if that will be effective, I don't know the outcome yet. The price was an A because it was an Angie's deal. He was right on time. I will use him again provided that it works.

We had an issue with squirrels and they actually do not provide that service. They responded to me quickly and I got the deal refunded.

I purchased the big deal and then talked to family that told me how to get rid of mice, so I've decided to get my money back. Best Pest didn't do anything wrong. In fact, they were nice and told me that I could probably get my money back from Angie's List.

I have had one service out of 6 for my deal...not fair to give judgement at this stage of the game...however at this point, I would say they are prompt and have done what they said they were going to do..."and found nothing" I might add, which is great and I want to keep it that way.

On time as stated and courteous. Spider pesticide did little to mitigate problem. We had another provider come in and reapply.

This company was very easy to work with; they took care of our rental property long distant! We and our renters were very pleased with their service and we appreciated the cost savings! We would do business with them again

Good communication and set up appointment quickly.

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for Best Pest Solutions and it was a great deal. They were a few minutes early to the prearranged time and were in and out of the house in under thirty minutes. They plugged three possible mouse entry points, laid out five bait stations, and countless sticky traps. They provide friendly service and said the mice should be gone in about two months. Its been a little over a month and we haven't seen any signs of mice in at least a week. They did not try to sell us extra services or products and everything they did was covered in the Angie's List Deal. They did say if we need them to come back to check things and rebait the stations that they would do so at a really reasonable price (They did give an actual price I want to say $25 but not sure; I just remember thinking that it was a really good price.) Another plus for me was that I could set up an appointment through e-mail. The nature of my job makes it very difficult to make or receive phone calls during normal business hours, so being able to set appointments up without making a phone call is an definite plus for me.
