Jim showed up on time and did a thorough job of treating the inside and exterior for pests. He also treated the garage and basement. Seemed like a thorough job and he was very professional.

Immediate contact after purchasing through AL special - friendly, good price, I thought worth the money. We have terrible wasps around the house plus small children. Although it's just for the summer/fall season, he destroyed some nests and even treated our wood playset "house" for the kids so they're not afraid of wasp nests inside. Quick, good communication, did what he said he would do. Would use again, and have had no recurrence of wasp nests since treatment in areas treated. Satisfied!

What I appreciated most was his honesty in what can or cannot be impacted with routine pest control and the fact that he did not try to pressure me into purchasing treatments we didn't need. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal: $89 for Bee- and Wasp-Proofing Your Home. The detail said "one time exterior perimeter treatment completed during spring/summer season; protects your home against bee, wasp and yellow jacket nest-building for the remainder of the calendar year." Jim was an hour late for the appointment. GPS failure. The first thing he told me when he showed up was that the treatment is not bee- and wasp-proofing. He said there was no such thing as being able to bee- and wasp-proof your home and that this treatment would NOT protect the home from bee or wasp nest building. He said people misunderstood what the treatment did. I said people misunderstood because of what his Angie's List Big Deal was titled and the description of service. He agreed that the language of the Big Deal was wrong. He treated the perimeter of the exterior of the house and said he saw a lot of spiders and this treatment would kill them. I didn't purchase the Big Deal to pay $89 to treat for spiders. After treatment, Jim said I could call the office and tell them I didn't get the treatment and to refund my money. But I'm not comfortable lying like that. Bottom line, the Big Deal was a lie. There is no such thing as bee- and wasp-proofing according to the company representative. So I paid $89 for a spider treatment. The only reason I am giving the company an overall rating of D instead of F is that Jim was honest in telling me that the treatment would not do what was promised in the Big Deal description.

they wanted to put us on a program, which I didn't want. From what was advertised, I understood it was an inspection and fix for the price.

We had a communication problem on the first scheduled date, and he didn't show up. Once we got back in touch, he quickly rescheduled a new date and arrived promptly on time. Service was fine, but we had an outbreak of ants in the house only 2 weeks later. I have not called back for a retreatment to handle the ants, but expect he will take care of this issue. I am only rating him a C because of the missed first appointment and now the appearance of ants after treatment.

Thought i had carpenter ants , but after inspection it was carpenter bees. Which saved us money. Inspected house for other problems after that found none.

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went okay. We still have some bee problems but we decided it wasn’t worth the same. Everything went on fine and we have no complaints. They did a good job and were very respectful of our problems. They did a good job with responsiveness and communication.

Jim sprayed the exterior and knocked down nests. This seems to have minimized the amount of wasps and have not noticed new nests. I gave a B for quality only due to the fact that we continue to encounter them ( for some reason they seem to love going into our outdoor can lights ) but would definitely use his services again, this may just be an issue with our particular house or location.

Overall the experience was great haven't seen any bugs since application (previously saw the occasional ant, spider or silverfish). Would have been nice to know ahead of time they prefer not to apply product along hardwoods (baseboards or floors) due to potential damage. While understandable, heads up in the service info would have been nice (or if it was there, I missed it so its on me).

They came out very quickly and set up all the traps but they said they were going to call me in a month to see if I wanted to schedule refilling of the bait traps and I never heard from them so I never got any followup. They were very friendly. They were professional and everything was great in that first visit. It was good, I had no problems.

The service was fine. They came out within the first few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal, and they did not charge me more than the $89 Big Deal.

So far, Jim has sprayed two out of the six times for the annual bug treatment. Each time he has been punctual, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend!
