These are really nice and knowledgeable guys and I will absolutely be using them in the future. They are thorough and professional, all you can ask for honestly.

The deal didn't cover what I was needing.

The serviceman educated my son about the pests that were found in the residence and, according to my son, he was very pleased with the amount of time spent spraying for insects. We do plan to have this company return at suggested intervals, to control the insect and spider population. There were no complaints voiced by my son. :)

They were very professional as well as personable. So far it looks like they did a great job.

All employees were professional, timely, and seemed to know their business. My complaint is specifically with the $99 Angie's deal. I mostly wanted my house sealed up, and assumed this was what it included "full home inspection to find potential rodent entry points and seal them off Installation of rodent baiting stations in safe and hidden areas of your home to eliminate any existing activity." What they don't tell you is all this appointment is, is a sales call to talk you into their monthly monitoring service for $50 a month. I let them know upfront I didn't really have a rodent problem and that I just wanted them to do the sealing they advertise in their deal. "We can't do that, we put poison down, and we don't want to seal until we know the rodents are gone." But they will only come back if you sign up for the monthly monitoring deal. No sealing. The technician did walk me around my basement and show me evidence of rodents, and tried 3 more times to sell me the monthly deal. If you want a monthly deal and bait stations, or if you want to hire a persistent salesman, this may be the company for you. If you want what is advertised and no more... forget it.

They were fine. They did what they needed to do. They came out pretty quickly when I bought the Big Deal and they did not charge any more than that. This was my first time to use them. The technician was extremely friendly, very prompt, and did a thorough job. They did a good job.

He came out and just did what he was supposed to do.

Easy to contact and schedule. We just wanted a preventive spray inside and outside of house and that's what we got. I appreciate it.

I called Bestpest solutions in the morning and they were able to come and treat the house that afternoon. I was excited and surprised at the fast service. Two men showed up on time and started the treatment on our problem with ants. They treated all areas in the house, and also the entire exterior of the house. They were both very friendly, professional and informative. I am confident this will take care of the ant problem, and I would definitely use them again.

After checking the foundation and garage for termintes, they went around the house spraying for ants and any other bugs that might be making a home there. Went inside and sprayed all the basement and other areas upstairs where bugs may hide. They also did the garage and an outdoor shed. While Jim explained their maintenance plan, his assistant went around the house with a chimney brush and swept away cobwebs from the eaves and windows. Communication was excellent in making and verifying the appointment. I was delighted with this big deal! I've put them in my favorites.

Jim showed up at the appointed time. He explained how the package worked and then he and his assistant treated the house. It took about 45 minutes.

Very good experience. friendly and explained everything he was doing. Would have been done quicker but we spent a little time chatting :)

He showed up on time, and we've seen a significant reduction in the number of wasps around the house. He explained how many existing wasp nests there were (one was the size of a grapefruit, he said) and removed them. I'm quite happy with the service overall and would use this provider again.

Initially, they came out once every two weeks and then on a monthly basis. Their job took care of the problem. My experience with them was fine. I am now using their services on a quarterly basis.

He was very through in his application. Definitely will use again.

We had a strong smell coming from the back of our house which we suspected was an animal that had died in the wall or crawl space. He confirmed that the smell was a dead animal and briefly explored the crawl space but did not seal any entry points. He left an "odor absorber" and some bait traps. He did not perform a "full home inspection" nor did he offer any suggestions about rodent-proofing. When he returned for the bait traps, I showed him the places we suspected could be entry points and he put copper mesh in those holes.

It went fine. I had silverfish. The tech was at the home for about a half hour. They were timely in getting me an appointment.

Provider showed up at the pre-scheduled time. Provider was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in determining service needed for my place. I purchased an annual package, so provider explained that I should call next quarter to set up an appointment. I'm also encouraged to call him if I have any issues with pests in the meantime.

Showed up on time and was in and out within an hour.

I spoke with the provider and he said that the service wasn't necessary.

He did what he was suppose to do, Only problem is the Bee's are a reoccurring problem He would need to come out monthly or quarterly. He was willing to work with us and our schedule. My Wife really liked him.

The service provider was very friendly, explained what he was doing and why. I was impressed with the service and will have use Best pesticides again next season.

My interaction with the provider was fine. He was very professional and friendly and quick to respond with scheduling times.
