"I had an appt. set up that I couldn’t make an made an attempt to cancel prior. The day of I received a text asking if we were still meeting today. I texted back saying I thought I had canceled but could not meet that day. I received 2 texts back that were not professional, the 2nd text stating I should be more responsible. I waited 2 days and called the guy back (Rick) and discussed the situation. I did ask him if that was an appropriate response he provided and he said probably not. I then hung up. I received more texts back that were not professional so I called again to talk to him. He states he never received a cancellation from me but I did make an attempt at the number I thought was his. I’m not sure what happened and I asked him if he was so desperate for work that he treats all cancellations like this. Rick was really only interested in letting me know how irresponsible I am. That’s his end game. That’s the message he wanted to hammer home to me. He said he wasn’t on his way when he called the day of to confirm so I’m not sure what his issues are but he really likes to play the irresponsible customer angle. I would avoid this business at all costs, you never know what kind of text/call, etc. you will receive, unless you prefer to deal with junior high school behavior. With this type of mindset, you probably don’t want him in your home either."

We had a rather elaborate but sagging & rotting deck that needed reinforcement and in some places reconstruction. We didn’t want to go through the expense of replacing the entire deck. Jesse visited the house, described a plan that would rebuild the deck to safety code. He had the plan in writing to us that evening and got the job done in a little less than a week. Jesse and his crew are highly professional, polite, communicative and no surprises at the end of the project. I would highly recommend JNM Home Improvement for any project at home or at my business. I specialized in TPO waterproofing for 5 years and have gained a broad range of skills in the carpentry industry. Most of my experience is in commercial construction such as installing wall paneling, door frames, windows and window blinds, concrete, and much more. Recently, I have been working with drywall and metal studs, along with exterior home siding. In addition to construction work, I am able to complete miscellaneous tasks like cutting wood, landscaping, power washing, and deep-cleaning homes and offices. I can also tint windows if interested.
