Description of Work: Beautiful 17" square tile installed perfectly in a large master bathroom and attached large walk-in closet. Installed new tub, shower, and sink fixtures. This entire experience was professional, courteous, friendly, and satisfying in all ways. I heartily recommend the good folks at Tile and Bath for any bathroom project big and small.

Description of Work: Called for estimate on Bathroom remodel -Chuck can only come out weekdays during non-flexible times during work hours. We could not find a suitable time for him to come provide an estimate during an evening or weekend hour.

Description of Work: Tile and Bath completed installation in October of 2013. We caused a problem using a warm curling iron on the bathroom counters. We contacted Chuck and he had a person come and buff out the imperfections caused by the curling iron.

Description of Work: All I can say is that if you are planning a bathroom remodel then it is worth having Charles come out and give you a bid. I ended up using a different company for my project; however, I almost went with Charles and the Tile & Bath Store. Their bid was very fair and borderline exceptual; however, in the end I decided to do a couple upgrades and that put another Company more in-line with my budget. Charles is very professional, fair, direct and passionate about what he does and how he does it. He has been in the business over 30 years, has a little showroom and is willing to answer any questions. He will also ask you why you want to do something and will inform you if he believes it is a good idea based on his past experience. Very knowledable and depending on how things go with the other company I chose it may be necessary for me to call Charles out to do my other bathroom remodel. thanks Charles for all your time and patience. Oh, Charles provided me a written, very detailed bid within six hours of taking measurements.
